What is Biofeedback Therapy - the spiritual danger of biofeedback

Biofeedback -- A technique in which brain waves are monitored to bring normally unconscious, involuntary bodily functions under conscious, voluntary control. Biofeedback can lead to altered states of consciousness and mystical experiences.

Biofeedback procedure takes you to a trance state of the Hindu Yogis, observing how they were able to mentally control internal bodily functions during altered states of consciousness. Then the equipment was built to monitor physiological behavior and display it visibly on meters and light response devices.

Is biofeedback dangerous

The biofeedback technique is used to induce altered states of consciousness. God's way is not to empty our minds but to fill our minds with the Word of God. Satan's way is to get you to empty your mind.

That is why Biofeedback is dangerous.

Dr. Green of the Menninger Foundation had conducted his research for developing Biofeedback under Occult circumstances, and this is the real origin of Biofeedback! He was learning the techniques of Hindu yogis who knew how to put themselves into deep trances during Meditation.

It is used to treat stress, chronic pain, etc.

The church needs to remember that God is our healer and gives us peace when we give our issues to Him. When we go to another pathway to peace outside of God, then a person is practicing occultism.

Religious Counterfeit

Biofeedback is a religious counterfeit. A Christian can become dependent on new age modalities for peace instead of God which in the long run will cause your spiritual life to be affected.

The reason behind the strong stand is clear: the programs are based on New Age concepts which are founded upon the Eastern philosophical view that mankind is divine and thus the master of his fate.

New Age Medicine

The problem, according to the New Age Movement, is that mankind is ignorant of this "truth" and needs to undergo a philosophical transformation concerning his view of God and the world.

In reality, they are a form of indoctrination that promotes the New Age view which is in direct contrast to the basic beliefs of orthodox Christianity.

Therefore, all Christians must become informed about the New Age Movement so they can identify its presence in the workplace as well as in the schools and in the media.

Breaking Satanic Dedications

BREAKING SATANIC DEDICATION AND BLOOD COVENANTS

Counselor's note:
Take every person through this prayer, regardless. Everyone may not be ready to go through this prayer in the first few visits. With ritual abuse survivors, it would be wise to first build a relationship with the person. Ritual survivors usually have been betrayed by every person they ever trusted and you are no different from the rest. It will take time for them to trust you, little by little. They are also feeling a tremendous amount of shame and guilt for what they have done so go very slow and let them lead. Follow the Holy Spirit's guidance. With ritual abuse survivors, you need to get the support of as many internal alters as possible before taking the host or any part through this prayer. You can explain to the internal system why it is necessary to go through this prayer if you have a relationship with the system. If not, have the host go inside and explain this to the internal system. The host can ask the helper parts to protect the little ones or take them to a safe place. Then they can take steps to ensure the safety of the internal system and the child alters.

You may have to bind any spirits that can cause flashbacks of the rituals. One indication of a problem is when they start to pray, flashbacks start. It should be noted that a flashback can be caused by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and can occur in abuse, trauma, and war survivors. This can also be from an altar that is afraid or from an evil spirit. Take time to investigate what is happening. Read the book listed on MPD.

It is important to know what is causing the problem so you can stop it. You want to stop it but not do any damage in the process. You will need to pray for discernment.
You may have to do some spiritual warfare and pray the "Rule of the Victor" prayer before proceeding. Details about the" Rule of the Victor" prayers are found in notes to Prayer No. 9.

Note, spiritual warfare or binding spirits does not always have to be done out loud. It is effective if done very low or even spoken internally. If the person does not have a problem with binding spirits and spiritual warfare, then by all means do it aloud and have them agree. Most ritual survivors are multiples, (people who have Multiple Personality Disorder). The term Multiple Personality Disorder has been changed to Dissociative Identity Disorder and maybe a better term to use with the counselee.


Those with Multiple Personality Disorder or ritual abuse survivors require special care. Caution is always the way to go in all these cases. An alter personality is a split in the mind and NOT a DEMON. If you don't know the difference between an alter and a demon, then check with someone who has experience with multiplicity and dissociation. If you continue trying to cast an alter out of a multiple, much damage can result and healing is hindered for some time. Their trust will also be damaged. The message to them is that the Church doesn't understand or care. Also, if you know the person is a ritual abuse survivor and you are not sure exactly what to do, then consult with someone experienced in that area. Most non-ritualized survivors of sexual abuse usually do not have a problem with this prayer. Satanic dedications can happen to anyone with or without their knowledge, often as a baby or young child. Most people do not know what took place in their lives as very young children. Someone in the family or relatives may have said evil or occult prayers over him/her when they were babies.

Often, cults are part of the family heritage and have gone on for generations - generational curses. The family does not see any problem with "passing on the heritage." However, this sets the child up for demonic attack and entanglement later in life. Someone may have made a financial agreement in exchange for some of the baby's blood or dedicated the baby to a false god or Satan. There may have been a dedication before the child was born. Some are cultural rituals as with the American Indians, Pennsylvania Dutch "pow-wow" healers, Spanish Santeria cults, etc. They pray or make dedications to demonic spirit powers.

There are many initiation rites and ceremonies in secret societies that bring curses on people. It is believed that initiation into Mormonism has pacts and vows that can hold a person in bondage and open them to demonic attacks. These need to be renounced and repentance made. Some believe they are actually making a dedication to the Lord God, Yahweh, but they are deceived.

Some parents will take their children to psychic or occult healers when doctors fail them. These methods of healing are satanic and call upon demonic powers for healing. Satan never gives anything away. He will take off physical sickness and give them mental torment. This often does not show up until some time later.

Children make a blood pack or cut themselves in play, becoming "blood brothers or sisters," copying what they have seen on TV. These activities can have a lasting damaging effect on the participants and their descendants. You can tell the counselee that it is best to be safe and pray this prayer, just in case someone has prayed over them without their knowledge. They don't want to leave any unknown doorways open through which Satan can attack. Explain that only one part of this prayer may apply to them, but we don't know which is the part for them, so have them pray the entire prayer.

Blood pacts, vows, and oaths renounced and broken. These activities place curses on the participants and open them to torment by evil spirits. Many times, this is done "just for fun" or "it really didn't mean anything." Satan takes a different view of coming to his kingdom for help and will use it as an opportunity to gain evil control over a person. The Lord GOD, Yahweh, also takes a different view of taking part in these activities, see Exodus 20:3-4 and Deuteronomy 18:9-13.
Counselors can have the person pray, renounce and cancel the effects of these curses and dedications. This process is crucial for freedom. After the person has prayed, have them command all spirits that came in with the curses, pacts, or dedications to leave in Jesus' name. Afterward, the person can submit all those areas of themselves to God for cleansing by the Blood of Jesus. Pray for the Holy Spirit to fill all places where the spirits were.

How Do Curses Work? Breaking Generational Curses and Finding Freedom in Christ

Breaking Generational Curses and Walking in Freedom Through Christ

Many people wonder why specific patterns keep repeating in their lives—poverty, chronic illness, relationship breakdowns, or unexplainable fear. Could a curse be the hidden cause?

Curses are real and active today, and they often go unnoticed. But praise God—He has given us power through Jesus Christ to break every curse and walk in freedom.

What Is a Curse?

A curse is a spiritual assignment sent by the enemy to destroy. It opens the door for demonic spirits to carry out torment in a person’s life. Proverbs 26:2 tells us: “As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.” In other words, there must be a legal right or open door for a curse to land.

Even Job, a righteous man, struggled with fear that became an open door. Job 3:25 says, “For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me.” His fear weakened God’s hedge of protection around him. Fear, sin, and rebellion are common doorways for curses to take effect.

Sources of Curses

Let’s explore some common sources of curses:

1. Generational Curses

Sins of our ancestors can pass down through bloodlines. Exodus 20:5 warns that the iniquity of the fathers visits the children to the third and fourth generation.

2. Dedication to Satan

Those involved in occult rituals, Freemasonry, or New Age practices often dedicate themselves or their children to Satan, opening the door to generational bondage.

3. Taking Communion with Bitterness

1 Corinthians 11:27–30 explains that partaking of the Lord’s Supper with unforgiveness brings judgment, weakness, and even premature death. Unforgiveness is a major spiritual block.

4. Idolatry

Bowing to or honoring idols invites curses. Scripture warns us again and again:

• "You shall have no other gods before Me" (Ex. 20:3–6).

• "Keep yourselves from idols" (1 John 5:21).

• "Those who make them become like them" (Psalm 115:4–8).

5. Occult Practices

Astrology, tarot, crystals, energy healing, and witchcraft are not harmless—they’re doorways to darkness.

6. Bringing Cursed Objects Into the Home

Deuteronomy 7:26 warns, “Do not bring a detestable thing into your house or you will be set apart for destruction like it.”

7. False Religion

1 Corinthians 10:20 says sacrifices to other gods are sacrifices to demons. Even religious systems that deny the deity of Christ or teach salvation apart from Him are dangerous.

8. Not Honoring Parents

While some parents are abusive or absent, Jesus still commanded us to honor them: “Honor your father and mother” (Matthew 19:19).

9. Fear and Rebellion

Fear invites torment. Rebellion against God’s commandments invites spiritual judgment and often results in a curse (Deut. 28).

10. Word Curses and Oaths

Words spoken in anger or hatred—even your own negative self-talk—can open the door to a curse. Oaths taken in Freemasonry or other secret societies must be renounced.

Recognizing the Symptoms of a Curse

Here are common signs you may be under a curse:

• Chronic or mysterious illnesses

• Repeated financial failure or poverty

• Barrenness or miscarriage

• Accidents and near-death experiences

• Constant relationship breakdowns

• Suicidal thoughts or oppression

• Cycles of shame, failure, or addiction

If you feel like no matter how hard you try, something blocks your progress—it could be a curse.

Breaking the Curse: Freedom in Jesus Christ

The good news is this: Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). Through the cross, we are redeemed from every curse. Galatians 3:13 declares, “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us.”

Steps to Break a Curse:

1. Recognize the patterns.

2. Repent of any known sins and those in your generational line.

3. Renounce any covenants made with Satan, idols, or false religion.

4. Forgive anyone who has wronged you.

5. Break the curse in the name of Jesus.

6. Command all related spirits to leave you in Jesus’ name.

Deliverance is real, and it is for today.

An "illegitimate" curse is when a person pronounces evil upon another person without their knowledge or consent.  The same thing can then apply.

Curses have to be broken in the name of Jesus Christ the Nazareth, our Curse Destroyer.

Victim Spirit

🛑 Are You Stuck in a Victim Spirit?

A victim spirit is a demonic stronghold that traps individuals in cycles of defeat, powerlessness, and manipulation. It works closely with spirits of self-pity, manipulation, poverty, Jezebel, and even welfare to oppress the believer's soul, identity, and destiny.

Many carry this invisible yoke unknowingly—believing they are helpless, stuck, or undeserving of God’s best. A person with a victim mindset might constantly rehash traumas from decades ago or stay in abusive relationships “for love” or “to show Christ.” The demon whispers: “It’s your fault. This is all you’ll ever be.”

It is the superglue that holds you to the hell of your past.

👿 Demonic Manifestation of the Victim Spirit

The victim spirit rarely works alone. It magnetizes destructive spirits and even predatory people.

• Self-Pity: Keeps a person glued to the pain of the past.

• Jezebel: Gains control by manipulating or being manipulated.

• Poverty Spirit: Blocks promotion, provision, or breakthrough.

• Welfare Spirit: Encourages a spirit of entitlement and dependency.

• Predator Spirit: Pairs with the victim spirit to attract abusers—emotionally, physically, or spiritually.

These demons enter through trauma, generational curses, abuse, or even false religious teachings that glorify suffering instead of victory.

🧬 Generational and Behavioral Patterns

Demons often pass through bloodlines. If your ancestors lived under constant rejection, abuse, or poverty—these spirits may be reinfections.

Examples include:

• Financial collapse at the same time each year

• Chronic illness, reproductive issues

• Career sabotage, relational turmoil

• Hyper-spirituality or spiritual coldness

• Abuse cycles normalized in families

1 Samuel 13:7 shows how Saul lived under a tormenting spirit, though he had every reason to succeed. This spirit—likely a victim mindset—led to fear, disobedience, and ultimately death.

⚖️ Dominion vs. Victimization

God gave us dominion, not defeat (Genesis 1:28, 1 Peter 2:9). Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18), not to leave us as emotional or spiritual beggars. Living with a victim spirit is optional—you can break agreement with it!

Ephesians 4:28 reminds us to labor with our hands so we have something to share—not to live in the mindset of stolen identity and spiritual lack.

⚠️ Common Symptoms of the Victim Spirit:

• Repeating abusive cycles (relationships, jobs, churches)

• Explaining away injustice ("God is building my character")

• Refusing needed help or success ("I don't deserve it")

• False humility ("I’m not really special or gifted")

• Settling for less than God’s best

• Self-rejection, fear of surpassing others

• Delayed promises and constant dread

• Justifying spiritual abuse or immorality

The mindset becomes an open door. Once you believe you deserve pain, demons gladly reinforce that belief.

✝️ How to Overcome the Victim Spirit

1. Repent of Agreeing with the Victim Mentality
“Jesus, forgive me for blaming others, rehearsing my pain, and believing lies about my worth.”

2. Renounce the Victim Spirit
“I renounce every agreement with the victim spirit, Jezebel spirit, poverty and welfare spirits. I break ties with Satan and choose God's truth.”

3. Forgive and Release
“I forgive those who modeled or enforced victim thinking—parents, pastors, bosses, and myself. I release them into Your hands, Lord.”

4. Declare Your Identity in Christ
“I am seated in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). I am the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13). I walk in power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).”

5. Renew Your Mind Daily
Meditate on scriptures of freedom, authority, and identity. Speak the Word aloud. The lies will fade as truth is declared consistently.

How does the spirit of python work? Well, it reminds you of wounds from your past, and it temps you to compromise the Word of God. It wants to squeeze the life out of you and give up on God.

What are the symptoms of a python attack? 

1. feelings of weariness

2. loss of passion to worship

3. loss of passion to pray

4.  you feel feelings of pressure.

5. Feelings of being overwhelmed, helpless, and hopeless.

Where in scripture does it talk about the Python Spirit?

In Acts 16:16 when Paul was preaching and a girl possessed with divination, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling.. He stopped her by casting it out. The meaning of divination is puthon, translated as python. In Greek mythology, it is Pythian serpent that guards the oracles of Delphi until Apollo slew it. 

Other references in the bible it mean diviners and soothsayers.

To many cultures, the serpent's power is in its representation of vital energy. This energy remains coiled within a triangular bone at the base of our spine in the sacrum. There, it sits dormant until it's ready to move. The movement of the kundalini is the final joining of the masculine and the feminine through the heart. The heart represents balance and cannot be bypassed, or the kundalini energy will bring death instead of freedom.

The Python spirit doesn't want you in the place of prayer in the presence of God because when you engage in Spirit-led prayer, you're damaging the kingdom of darkness. 

Freedom from Python demands a deeper intercession. It starts with repentance and goes into travailing prayer by the leading of the Spirit of God (Rom. 8:26-27).

We need to pray to the righteous Lord who "has cut in pieces the cords of the wicked" (see Ps. 129:4) that python has coiled around us. 

To get free, Prayer and praise are what the python is trying to stop, but prayer and praise will set you free like Paul and Silas in jail. They prayed and worshipped the Lord, and a great earthquake and they were freed.
