🚨 The New Age Movement: Satan’s Counterfeit for Global Unity

🚨 The New Age Movement: Satan’s Counterfeit for Global Unity

The New Age Movement is not a trend—it’s a spiritual agenda with ancient demonic roots. Emerging in full force during the 1960s, this movement promotes a utopian vision of “oneness” that opposes everything biblical Christianity stands for.

It deceives with phrases like “spiritual evolution,” “higher consciousness,” and “universal brotherhood,” yet its real aim is the unification of all religions and nations under a false messiah. This plan was birthed in Babylon, revived through occult figures like Madame Blavatsky, and is now preparing the world for a one-world government, one-world religion, and the Antichrist.

🎥 Watch the full exposé video now on this page. Click it! Don’t let your family or church fall prey to this deception.

🔍 Origin and Global Agenda

The New Age Movement seeks to raise human “consciousness,” unite global religions, dissolve political boundaries, and welcome a universal leader—Maitreya, the “Christ” of all faiths. Rooted in Eastern mysticism and occult traditions, it is driven by satanic forces disguised as “light.”

Its rise was planned. As far back as 1875, Madame Helena Blavatsky, under demonic influence, established the Theosophical Society. Through books like Isis Unveiled and The Secret Doctrine, she claimed all world religions stemmed from one “secret” mystical source—Lucifer.

To hide its agenda, this movement remained underground for a century. After 1975, under the guidance of figures like Benjamin Creme, it stepped into public view, claiming the world messiah was ready. This false christ would unite Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jews, and Christians—a cosmic Jesus who is not the Jesus of the Bible (2 Cor. 11:4).

🏛️ The Babylonian Connection

Revelation 17 and 18 reveal a future world system with political, religious, and economic power merging together in a neo-Babylonian empire. This is the same spiritual system first seen under Nimrod, where political rulers also served as occult priests using astrology and demonic power.

This blend of spiritual rebellion and political dominance has resurfaced in modern times as the New Age Movement. Its symbols—pyramids, rainbows, third eyes, peace poles, and even yoga poses—represent the counterfeit spirituality preparing the world for Lucifer’s final deception.

🌐 New Age Organizational Structure

1. Core Organizations (Luciferic):
These include the top levels of Freemasonry, the Illuminati, Lucis Trust (formerly Lucifer Publishing), and Planetary Citizens led by David Spangler. Their agenda? Worship Lucifer and install a world leader under his authority.

2. Middle Orders (Mystical, Occultic):
These use more socially palatable terms like “spirit guides,” “cosmic consciousness,” and “universal god.” Groups like the Theosophical Society, World Future Society, Club of Rome, and various meditation cults push mystical thinking and altered states.

3. Front Organizations (Unaware Allies):
Many global institutions unknowingly push New Age goals: the United Nations, World Bank, IMF, Roman Catholic Church, World Council of Churches, and countless ecumenical and educational groups. They promote religious unity, unrestricted freedoms, and moral relativism—perfect soil for the Antichrist.

🕊️ The Age of Aquarius and Religious Blending

The New Age calls this coming season the Age of Aquarius. Astrology, not Scripture, drives this belief. Each 2000-year “age” allegedly brings different cosmic influences. The Christian era (Pisces) is now ending. The “Water-Bearer” (Aquarius) is ushering in enlightenment, peace, and oneness.

This new era rejects absolute truth. It claims all religions are equally valid, all paths lead to “god,” and that humanity must abandon national and religious loyalties for planetary citizenship.

🔺 They falsely cite Luke 22:10—“a man bearing a pitcher of water”—to justify Aquarius as a biblical symbol. In truth, the Age of Aquarius is demonic deception disguised as light.

🧘‍♀️ Dangerous Philosophies

1. Everything is One (Monism)

There’s no evil, no division—just universal unity. Biblical truth? False. God clearly separates truth from lies, light from darkness, sheep from goats.

2. Everything is God (Pantheism)

God is in trees, rivers, animals, you. The earth itself becomes a goddess (Gaia). This is idolatry and directly opposes the Creator/creation distinction of Romans 1.

3. We Are God (Self-Deification)

Man becomes his own god, his own savior. Mass meditation and positive energy can allegedly shape global events. But this is the spirit of Antichrist (2 Thess. 2:4) that exalts man above God.

🚫 What the Bible Says

God doesn’t tolerate spiritual compromise or mysticism:

“There shall not be found among you… one who practices witchcraft… For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord” – Deut. 18:10-12

“Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft… Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you” – 1 Sam. 15:23

“Let the astrologers, the stargazers… stand up and save you… they shall be as stubble” – Isa. 47:13-14

We must not mingle Christianity with yoga, meditation, astrology, or mysticism. These practices open doors to demonic influence.

The New Age Cosmic Consciousness Deception

The most insidious goal of the New Age Movement is to draw humanity into unity with the universe's so-called “cosmic powers.” What sounds like light and peace is really an open door to demonic infiltration. This is not biblical Christianity—it’s spiritual seduction.

Let’s examine the steps by which the New Age deceives through “cosmic consciousness” and ultimately pushes a false gospel of a cosmic Christ.

A False Self-Image: “You Are Divine”

The first lie in the New Age playbook is that humans are inherently divine. You’re told to “discover your god-self,” to awaken hidden potential within. The movement teaches that by accessing the creative “right brain,” you can tap into dormant psychic powers and enter higher consciousness.

This is spiritual pride in disguise. Isaiah 14:14 shows this was Lucifer’s sin: “I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.” The lie that “you are god” is the root of all rebellion.

A Dangerous Decision: Deeper Involvement

Once people accept the lie of inner divinity, they’re invited to go deeper—into occult practices masked as self-improvement. Transcendental meditation, astrology, fortune-telling, self-healing, astral projection—these are spiritual traps that enslave the soul and open doors to demons.

Meditation: The Entry Point to the Occult

Meditation is the centerpiece of New Age spirituality. It’s promoted as a harmless way to calm the mind or reduce stress. But this is not biblical meditation, which involves engaging your mind with God’s Word.

Instead, New Age meditation encourages people to empty their minds, repeat mantras (often Hindu god names), and wait for “illumination.” This opens the soul to unclean spirits. Initiates may begin to experience visions, voices, or so-called “spirit guides.”

Psychic Gifts: Satan’s Counterfeits

As people deepen in meditation, they may experience supernatural abilities: clairvoyance, ESP, channeling, energy healing, and enhanced memory through techniques like “suggestopedia.” These are not gifts of the Holy Spirit—they are counterfeits rooted in demonic power.

Even children are taught to enter altered states using rhythmic music, trance states, and visualization—conditioning their souls for New Age indoctrination.

Channeling: Demons Masquerading as Wisdom

New Age practitioners known as “channellers” claim to relay messages from spiritual masters or cosmic entities. But these are simply familiar spirits (Leviticus 19:31). These false guides deceive people into following a Luciferian plan under the guise of love, light, and unity.

Acupuncture and other so-called healing methods tied to balancing “cosmic energy” are just repackaged occultism, bypassing the power of Jesus Christ.

Cosmic Focal Points and Mass Meditation

Mass meditation sessions at demonic “power sites” like Stonehenge, the Ganges, or the Pyramids seek to draw down cosmic energy for world change. These rituals attempt to manipulate spiritual forces outside the authority of God and invite massive spiritual deception over nations.

Masters of Wisdom: Ascended Demonic Beings

Those who reach higher levels of consciousness become gurus, avatars, or “masters of wisdom.” Followers revere them as divine. They claim to have transcended reincarnation and now guide humanity from a higher plane. Among them are Krishna, Buddha, and the New Age “Jesus.”

But the Bible calls these doctrines of demons (1 Timothy 4:1).

A Prayer That Invokes a False Christ

One New Age prayer, known as The Great Invocation, calls on light and love to flood the earth—and asks for the return of “Christ.” But this is not Jesus Christ of Nazareth, crucified and risen. This is the “cosmic Christ” of all faiths—Maitreya, Buddha, or even the Imam Mahdi.

It is a demonic counterfeit.

Meditation and the Power of Thought

New Age practitioners believe that positive thinking, visualization, and “universal love” can reshape the world. Some churches now embrace this disguised mysticism, abandoning the cross in favor of emotional experiences and inner journeys.

Instead of the biblical command to die to self and follow Christ, they are told to “awaken the god within.”

Love Without Truth Is Not the Gospel

New Age philosophy teaches a love that accepts all religions, all lifestyles, all beliefs—except one: biblical Christianity. It is a love that denies sin, avoids the cross, and refuses repentance. The true love of God was demonstrated through Christ’s blood on the cross (Romans 5:8).

The New Age “Jesus” is not the Savior of the world, but an anti-Christ spirit uniting the world under a coming false messiah.

Another Jesus, Another Gospel

Paul warned in 2 Corinthians 11:4:

“For if he who comes preaches another Jesus… or if you receive a different spirit… or a different gospel… you may well put up with it!”

This deception is alive today in the Aquarian Gospel—a fabricated New Age biography of Jesus, claiming He studied in Tibet, India, and Egypt, and returned with teachings of universal unity. This Jesus denies the cross and the blood. He preaches reincarnation and pantheism. This is another Jesus entirely—and it leads to eternal ruin.

The Vision of Planetary Unity

New Age thinkers like Marilyn Ferguson describe this emerging worldview as a profound shift:

“The discovery of our connection to all men, women, and children joins us to another family... The whole Earth is a borderless country.”

In this vision, the world’s people become planetary citizens, united by a shared consciousness and common purpose, abandoning historic conflicts and divisions.

The New Economic System

Integral to this new world order is a global economic system controlled by a world government. Wealth and resources will be redistributed to ensure universal equality, governed by centralized financial control to enforce uniform policies worldwide.

Secretive global power brokers like the Bilderberg Group are known to steer governments towards this goal, moving quietly but steadily closer to their ultimate vision of a one-world system.

The New Age Master Plan: 13 Points to Global Control

The New Age Movement has outlined a detailed 13-point plan to establish this new world order:

  1. Establish a one-world religion and political system based on the belief that “everything is one.”

  2. Revive ancient Babylonian religious practices of mystery cults, occultism, and immorality as the foundation of the new religion.

  3. Introduce a New Age messiah—identified as the Antichrist—who will lead the new world government and religion.

  4. Prepare the world for this messiah through spirit guides (demonic entities) proclaiming him as the “world teacher.”

  5. Use peace, love, and unity as persuasive buzzwords for this movement.

  6. Give New Age teachings scientific credibility and propagate them globally in public and private sectors.

  7. Portray Jesus as merely a prophet or wise teacher, denying His divinity and uniqueness.

  8. Integrate Christianity and other religions into a single, inclusive New Age faith.

  9. Discredit biblical Christian doctrines, especially the atonement through Christ’s cross.

  10. Indoctrinate children in multi-faith ideas through education to promote global religious unity.

  11. Flatter people by teaching they are inherently divine—“we are all gods.”

  12. Unite science and religion under New Age principles, promoting evolution and cosmic unity.

  13. Suppress or eliminate Christians who resist this plan, removing their influence from society.

Transforming Education and Culture

The New Age agenda extends deeply into education and culture. From preschool to university level, curricula are being reshaped to weaken students’ identity in Christ and prepare them as planetary citizens. Theological schools now often teach Eastern and African religions alongside Christianity, blurring the lines between biblical truth and occult beliefs.

Psychic and mystical techniques—meditation, yoga, astrology, and paranormal studies—are increasingly embraced in education and healthcare. Holistic and alternative medicine practices are popularized, often rooted in occult philosophies rather than biblical healing.

Media and Entertainment: Spreading the Message

Popular culture and entertainment promote New Age themes through movies, books, and music. Fantasy series like Harry Potter and His Dark Materials glorify occult powers and rebellion against God’s laws. Rock stars are idolized for lifestyles marked by immorality, drug use, and occult involvement.

These cultural influences create discontent among youth with real-world limits and lead them to seek escape in mystical and occult experiences—ultimately opening doors to darkness.

The Coming World Leader: The Antichrist

The Bible warns of a final global ruler—the Antichrist—who will rise as a false messiah, working signs and wonders through Satan’s power (2 Thessalonians 2:3-9). The New Age Movement’s spiritual and social engineering is preparing the way for his arrival.

Luciferic Doctrines at the Heart of the New Age

At the core of the New Age are three deities:

  • A universal god uniting all faiths,

  • The cosmic Christ (a false, universal savior),

  • And Lucifer, the “angel of man’s evolution” and “spirit of light” in New Age teaching.

New Age leaders like David Spangler promote Lucifer as the guide to human wholeness and enlightenment—a dangerous lie that glorifies the father of lies (John 8:44).

The Freemasons and New Age Connection

Freemasonry, a secret society with ancient roots, aligns closely with New Age ideology. Their teachings progress from worship of a universal god to open veneration of Lucifer at higher degrees. Albert Pike, a 33rd-degree Mason, openly declared the Luciferian nature of their doctrine.

The influential New Age writer Alice Bailey founded a publishing company originally named after Lucifer and continued occult teachings foundational to the New Age.

Global Meditation and Luciferic Initiations

Since 1987, worldwide meditation events on December 31, called “World Healing Day,” aim to unite people in peace and spiritual renewal. However, certain New Age groups call it a “Luciferic baptism” preparing humanity for the reign of the cosmic Christ—the Antichrist.

The Christian Answer: Biblical Truth vs. New Age Worldviews

The Bible gives us clear and unambiguous guidance on how to respond to the New Age Movement and occult practices. God’s command in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 warns:

“There shall not be found among you anyone… who uses divination, or is an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination to the Lord.”

If you have been involved in New Age or occult practices, Scripture calls for repentance and renunciation. Acts 19:18-19 tells us of new believers at Ephesus who:

“confessed and told their deeds. Many of those who practiced magic brought their books together and burned them publicly.”

This radical break from the occult is a vital step toward freedom in Christ.

Beware the Deceptions of Satan

The Bible repeatedly warns us about the devil’s subtle schemes:

  • “That old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world” (Rev. 12:9).

  • “As the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ” (2 Cor. 11:3).

  • “Be sober, be vigilant; because the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Pet. 5:8).

Christians are exhorted to resist the devil firmly:

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7).
“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil… For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil.” (Eph. 6:11-12)

Contrasting Worldviews: Christianity vs. New Age

At their core, Biblical Christianity and the New Age Movement present fundamentally opposing worldviews:

Christian WorldviewNew Age Worldview
Analytical, discerning thinking that recognizes truth through opposites and distinctions.Holistic, synthetic thinking that merges all differences into a unified whole.
Clear separation between light and darkness; eternal separation between good and evil.Belief in cosmic unity where all opposites eventually merge and reconcile.
The supernatural realm of demons is forbidden; no occult involvement permitted.Encourages expanding consciousness into supernatural and mystical realms.
Monotheism: one triune God, transcendent and distinct from creation, worshiped in spirit and truth.Pantheism: God is impersonal and immanent; everything in creation has divine essence.
Humans are unique creations made in God’s image, tasked with stewarding creation.Humans are products of evolution, part of nature to be mystically unified with it.
One life followed by eternal judgment; salvation through faith in Christ.Multiple reincarnations; spiritual evolution through successive lives.
Humans are inherently sinful and need redemption; hell and the devil are real.Humans are inherently good; evil is external influence; denies hell and the devil.
True peace and forgiveness come through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and the Holy Spirit’s work.Peace and enlightenment come through meditation, self-realization, and cosmic consciousness.
Corporate prayer brings conviction, repentance, and salvation.Group meditation harnesses cosmic energy to heal divisions.
Jesus Christ is the unique Son of God, coming again in glory to establish His kingdom. The “cosmic Christ” is a false messiah uniting all religions, leading to a utopian Age of Aquarius.

Questions to Discern Any Spiritual Teaching or Modality

When encountering new spiritual practices or teachings, Christians should ask:

  • Who founded this modality?

  • What was the founder’s spiritual background and beliefs?

  • Which culture or worldview did it emerge from?

  • What are its core teachings and purposes?

  • Who or what is worshiped as God or gods?

  • Why is this modality used, and what are its intended outcomes?

Careful discernment based on Scripture is vital to avoid deception.

Stand Firm in Biblical Truth

The New Age offers a false promise of unity, peace, and enlightenment but ultimately leads away from God’s revealed truth. Christians are called to reject all occult and New Age practices, repent, and rely fully on Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

The Bible equips believers to stand strong against spiritual deception by putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6) and remaining rooted in the Word of God.

Breaking Free from Soul Ties – A Call to Purity and Wholeness

Are you sick in the body, plagued with an incurable disease, or tormented by evil spirits? There is hope and healing in Jesus Christ. We teach in-depth biblical insights into spiritual roots of disease, demonic oppression, and emotional bondage—with compassion and truth that sets the captives free.

What Are Soul Ties?

soul tie is a deep emotional and spiritual bond formed between two people. While soul ties can be healthy—such as within godly marriage or between parent and child—ungodly soul ties are created when the relationship is outside of God's design. These soul ties entangle a person’s mind, will, and emotions to another in an unhealthy, sometimes obsessive, way.

Ungodly soul ties distort a person’s identity. They may begin thinking the thoughts, feeling the feelings, or even making life decisions influenced not by God, but by the emotional grip of another. The person may feel trapped, confused, or deeply wounded without understanding why.

These ties are especially formed through:

  • Sex outside of marriage (fornication or adultery)

  • Inordinate affection or dependency

  • Co-dependent relationships

  • Emotional manipulation

  • Spoken pledges, vows, or soul-bonding commitments (even to organizations)

Sex and Soul Ties – More Than Physical

Sex is not just a physical act—it is spiritual. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:16“Do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For the two, He says, shall become one flesh.” When a person has sex with another outside the covenant of marriage, a soul tie is formed—“becoming one flesh.”

Every time someone joins sexually with another person, a piece of their soul is given away. Without repentance and deliverance, parts of your soul remain tied to each person you’ve ever slept with. This can lead to emotional instability, depression, confusion, spiritual oppression, and physical sickness.

Inordinate Affection and Co-Dependency

A soul tie doesn’t only come through sexual activity. It can also be formed through inordinate affection—a need-based relationship where one person depends on another for identity, affirmation, or self-worth. These relationships are often marked by:

  • Obsession

  • Control and manipulation

  • Fear of rejection

  • The inability to walk away

  • Losing your identity to please the other person

This kind of love is not giving—it’s taking. It doesn’t reflect the nature of God, who is love, but instead it reflects a fractured identity, where someone believes they are not whole unless another person is meeting their emotional needs.

Why Purity Before Marriage Matters

God designed sexual intimacy to be a blessing within the covenant of marriage. Outside of that, sex becomes a doorway for soul fragmentation and spiritual oppression. Premarital sex not only creates soul ties, but it also builds emotional dependencies on people who are not your covenant partner. This leads to heartbreak, confusion, guilt, and spiritual vulnerability.

Remaining sexually pure is not about repression—it’s about protection. God wants to preserve your heart, mind, and soul for your future spouse. Every soul tie that forms outside of God’s will becomes a barrier between you and the joy of intimacy as He designed it.

Soul Ties and Spiritual Captivity

Soul ties can hold you in spiritual bondage. When your soul is entangled with someone who is abusive, controlling, manipulative, or unhealed, their demons may have legal access to torment you. Ungodly soul ties open the door to spiritual oppression and physical illness.

Some signs of soul ties include:

  • You can’t stop thinking about someone even after years apart.

  • You feel emotionally paralyzed in the presence of that person.

  • You are still affected by their emotions, anger, or control.

  • You make decisions to please them over pleasing God.

  • You feel shame, guilt, or confusion related to the relationship.

The spiritual roots often connected to soul ties include the fear of manfear of rejectiongenerational rejectioninsecurityneed for love and acceptance, and a peacekeeping spirit at all costs.

Pledges, Oaths, and Vows

Soul ties can also form through verbal pledges, oaths, and spiritual vows—even to organizations or institutions. When people say things like “I will never leave you,” “I’m yours forever,” or “I dedicate myself to this order,” without discerning the spiritual implications, they may unwittingly form ties that bind their soul.

Matthew 5:37 warns us: “Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.”

These soul ties can manifest in spiritual control, sickness, oppression, or a feeling of being bound to something they no longer agree with but cannot leave.

Breaking Soul Ties – Steps to Freedom

The good news is: soul ties can be broken! Through repentance, renunciation, and prayer, you can sever these ungodly connections and walk in freedom.

Steps to break soul ties:

  1. Confess and repent of sexual sin, ungodly relationships, or pledges made.

  2. Forgive the person and yourself.

  3. Renounce the soul tie out loud:
“In the name of Jesus, I renounce and break every ungodly soul tie with [name]. I take back every part of my soul and release every part of theirs. I apply the blood of Jesus to cleanse and heal me.”

  4. Command spirits that entered through the tie to leave in Jesus’ name.

  5. Ask the Holy Spirit to restore your soul and renew your mind.

Psalm 23:3 – “He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

Galatians 5:1 – “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

STar of David Origin

The Star of David Origin

The Star of David Origin

The Star of David Symbol is a Hexagram

The so-called Star of David symbol is essentially a hexagram, nothing more.

Moloch, Chiun, and Remphan are all names for the star god Saturn, whose symbol is a six-pointed star formed by two triangles. Saturn was the supreme god of the Chaldeans.

Then, in the 1800s, in Germany, it was adopted by Mayer Rothchild (they changed their name from VonBron to Rothchild) to mark his house. The six-pointed star was used as the Rothchild coat of arms. Rothchild literally means red shield. It is difficult to pinpoint the date the six-pointed hexagram star became known as the so-called Star of David.

Why and how did the six-pointed star -- the pagan occult symbol -- become connected with the MODERN state of Israel? The symbol was adopted by the Jews, changing its color to blue. It was adopted as the family crest or shield by the Rothschild family during the 19th century. The Rothschilds bought a great deal of property in "Israel" from the Turks and Arabs and were the most significant financial supporters of the Zionist movement in the early decades. The influence of the Rothschilds and their heavy financial support of Israel led the Jewish nation to adopt the so-called "Star of David" as their own symbol as a nation.

The hexagram has remained used within the occult and is prominent in the rituals and worship of Druids, Freemasons, Astrology, New Age, and Wicca. Witches often have this hexagram symbol of the so-called Star of David tattooed on the abdomens or palms of witchcraft initiates.

No Biblical or Jewish evidence traces this ancient occult symbol with King David of Israel. However, there is evidence that it was used by King Solomon after he turned to pagan gods and the occult late in his life.

The grand goal of freemasonry is to rebuild Solomon’s temple – The OCCULT ONE and NOT THE HOLY ONE.

Should Christians Do Yoga? The Spiritual Danger You Must Know

Should Christians Do Yoga? The Spiritual Danger You Must Know

🚨 Should Christians Participate in Yoga?

Short Answer: No.
Yoga is not just stretching. It is an ancient spiritual practice rooted in Hindu worship. Even when disguised as exercise, yoga carries spiritual implications that can open demonic doors—especially for Christians.

🔍 Where Did Yoga Originate?

Yoga originated in India, within Hindu culture over 5,000 years ago. It was never designed as mere physical exercise but as a spiritual path to unite the individual self (atman) with the universal consciousness (Brahman). This goal is achieved through postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation—all of which are acts of Hindu worship.

The founders of yoga were Hindu sages deeply immersed in pagan idolatry, aiming for enlightenment and union with false deities like Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma. These are not the God of the Bible.

Isaiah 42:8“I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.”

⚠️ Why Is Yoga Spiritually Dangerous?

Christianity commands meditation on the Word of God, not emptying the mind. The Bible never teaches us to blank out or silence our thoughts to connect with a “universal soul.” That form of meditation—central to yoga—invites demonic access.

Psalm 119:15“I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.”

Psalm 104:34“My meditation of Him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.”

Bob Larson, a well-known deliverance minister, warns:

“Those who meditate in yoga should not be deceived into thinking they have communed with the Lord. They have left their minds open to an evil invasion by the spirit associated with the particular discipline employed.”

🧘‍♀️ But What If It’s Just for Exercise?

Even when stripped of Sanskrit names or chants, the poses themselves are acts of worship. For example, the “Sun Salutation” is a spiritual gesture of honoring the Hindu sun god Surya.

You cannot separate the physical from the spiritual in yoga. Just as partaking in pagan rituals opens spiritual doors, doing yoga—even unknowingly—violates spiritual boundaries.

1 Corinthians 10:20-21“But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God… ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.”

👿 Demonic Manifestation Through Yoga

When Christians practice yoga or receive instruction from someone involved in it, they open demonic portals—consciously or not. Demons do not care whether you are aware. Ignorance does not protect you from legal spiritual rights.

Some manifestations after participating in yoga include:

  • Sudden anxiety or depression

  • New Age beliefs creeping in

  • Confusion during Bible reading

  • Headaches during prayer

  • Sleep paralysis or tormenting dreams

  • Difficulty worshiping Jesus

  • Emotional coldness or rebellion

Generational ties can also lead to bondage. If your ancestors were involved in yoga, Hinduism, or New Age practices, you could be experiencing inherited demonic oppression.

Exodus 20:5“…visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.”

🕊️ What Should Christians Do Instead?

Christians are called to worship in spirit and truth (John 4:24). Rather than yoga, embrace biblical meditation, prayer, and worship that invite the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Philippians 4:8“Whatsoever things are true… honest… just… pure… think on these things.”

If you have done yoga, knowingly or unknowingly, repent and renounce it in the name of Jesus Christ. Break every spiritual tie and close every door opened to the demonic realm.

✝️ Freedom Prayer:

“Father God, I repent for participating in or coming into agreement with yoga. I renounce every connection to Hindu gods, practices, and teachings. I break every demonic tie and command every unclean spirit associated with yoga to leave me now in the name of Jesus. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and renew my mind. In Jesus’ name, amen.”

Occult Definition: The Dangers of Occult Practices, Why Christians Get Involved, and Biblical Warnings

What is Occult Meaning

What Are Occult Practices? Why Do Christians Get Involved, and What Warnings Does God Give?

Occult practices refer to spiritual, mystical, or esoteric activities outside traditional Christian teachings. These practices often involve attempts to control or manipulate supernatural forces, communicate with spirits, or gain hidden knowledge. Occultism is usually associated with witchcraft, astrology, tarot card reading, divination, and spiritism.

But why do some Christians get involved in occult practices, and what does God warn about in His Word?

What Defines Occult Practices?
free deliverance online webinar

Occult practices encompass a variety of activities, but they share certain common traits:

  1. Divination: This includes practices like reading tarot cards, using crystals for guidance, astrology, and other forms of fortune-telling. These practices seek knowledge or insight from supernatural or spiritual sources outside God.

  2. Witchcraft and Sorcery: Witchcraft often involves casting spells, invoking spirits, or manipulating energy forces to control outcomes. Similarly, Sorcery uses magical rituals to alter circumstances and consequences.

  3. Spiritism: This practice involves attempting to communicate with the dead or other spiritual entities through mediums or séances, seeking guidance or information from those who have passed away.

  4. New Age Practices: New Age spirituality blends occult practices with elements of eastern religions, psychology, and self-help movements, promoting ideas like channeling spirits, energy healing, and the power of "positive thinking."

Why Do Christians Get Involved in Occult Practices?

  1. Spiritual Curiosity or Desire for Control: Many Christians, especially those feeling disconnected or lacking a strong sense of spiritual fulfillment, may turn to occult practices in search of deeper understanding or control over their lives. Occult practices often promise access to hidden knowledge or power, which can be tempting for those seeking answers or supernatural experiences.

  2. Desire for Quick Solutions: Occult practices often promise quick solutions to personal problems, such as healing, love, financial issues, or success. The appeal of immediate results may lead some to seek guidance from sources outside the will of God.

  3. Disillusionment with Traditional Church Practices: Some individuals, feeling disappointed or disconnected from traditional church teachings, may seek alternative spiritual practices. The occult may offer a sense of mystery, adventure, or empowerment, providing more control over life’s challenges.

  4. Influence from Popular Culture: The rise of occult themes in movies, books, and media can make Christians curious or desensitized to the dangers of engaging in such practices. What may begin as a casual interest can sometimes evolve into deeper involvement.

  5. Lack of Discernment: Some Christians may not be fully aware of the spiritual dangers of occult practices. Without a firm understanding of biblical principles or the power of the Holy Spirit, they may inadvertently open themselves up to deception.

Warnings from God About Occult Practices (Scriptural Warnings)

The Bible provides numerous warnings against engaging in occult practices. God views these activities as deeply dangerous because they open individuals up to deception, spiritual oppression, and a separation from Him.

  1. Deuteronomy 18:10-12
“Let no one be found among you who... practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord...”
God makes it clear that occult practices are detestable to Him. These activities are strictly forbidden in the Old Testament, and this prohibition is meant to protect believers from spiritual harm.

  2. Leviticus 19:31
“Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the Lord your God.”
In this passage, God commands His people not to seek guidance from spiritual mediums or those who practice witchcraft. The defilement is spiritual, leading people away from God’s truth.

  3. Galatians 5:19-21
“The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”
Paul lists witchcraft (or "sorcery" in some translations) among the "acts of the flesh" that prevent people from inheriting the kingdom of God. This highlights how occult practices are incompatible with the Christian life and salvation.

  4. 1 Samuel 28:7-20
“Saul then said to his attendants, 'Find me a woman who is a medium, so I may go and inquire of her.'”
King Saul’s desperate turn to a medium (the Witch of Endor) is a tragic example of a leader who, having rejected God, turned to occult practices. The outcome was spiritual destruction. God’s disapproval of Saul’s actions and refusal to communicate with him show the danger of seeking answers outside God’s will.

  5. Ephesians 5:11
“Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”
Paul encourages believers to avoid any involvement in the works of darkness, which include occult practices. Instead, Christians are called to expose them and walk in the light of Christ.

  6. Isaiah 47:12-14
“Let your astrologers come forward, those stargazers who make predictions month by month, let them save you from what is coming upon you.”
This passage shows God's judgment on those who rely on astrology and other forms of divination. God’s judgment renders these practices powerless, highlighting their futility and danger.

How to Guard Against Occult Practices

  1. Stay Grounded in Scripture: Constantly study the Bible and know God’s commands. The more familiar you are with the truth, the easier it will be to recognize deception.

  2. Seek the Holy Spirit’s Guidance: Pray for the Holy Spirit’s discernment to recognize occult influences and to stay true to God’s Word. The Spirit will guide you into all truth (John 16:13).

  3. Avoid Contact with Occult Practices: Resist the temptation to engage in occult activities, even casually. This includes tarot cards, astrology, and anything else that seeks to gain knowledge outside of God.

  4. Seek Godly Counsel: If you’re ever tempted to explore occult practices or feel spiritually confused, seek the advice of a trusted pastor or mature Christian.

  5. Repent and Renounce: If you've been involved in occult practices, repent and renounce them. Ask God to forgive you and cleanse you of any spiritual defilement.

Conclusion

Occult practices pose a grave spiritual danger to Christians, leading them away from the truth of God’s Word and exposing them to deception and spiritual oppression. The Bible provides clear and strong warnings about these practices, urging believers to remain steadfast in their faith and avoid seeking guidance outside of God’s will. By staying grounded in Scripture, seeking the Holy Spirit’s discernment, and avoiding the allure of occultism, Christians can safeguard themselves from the destructive influence of these practices.

Silva Mind Control

The Silva Method: A New Age Deception Masquerading as Spiritual Power

The Silva Method: A New Age Deception Masquerading as Spiritual Power

By Traci Morin

Have you heard of the Silva Method (formerly Silva Mind Control)? Millions have taken this course worldwide, including many professing Christians, unaware that it's a doorway into psychic deception, spiritual darkness, and demonic bondage. José Silva developed the Silva Method in 1966, and since then, it has infiltrated society and even Christian communities, disguising itself as a tool for healing and personal empowerment. But the truth is—it’s a counterfeit spirit.

What Is the Silva Method?

José Silva claimed that anyone who completes his 48-hour course will gain psychic powers, access to “higher intelligence”, and the ability to perform clairvoyance and out-of-body projection. Through altered states of consciousness—often called the alpha level—students learn how to connect with spirit guides, known as “counselors,” to help them solve problems.

These so-called guides are summoned on the third day of the course, manifesting in the student’s inner “laboratory” to provide direction. But this isn’t just imagination or psychology—it’s spiritism, and it's biblically forbidden.

Deuteronomy 18:10-12 (NKJV): “There shall not be found among you...one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord.”

Occult Roots and False Doctrine

Silva Method deception, Silva Mind Control, José Silva New Age, Christian deliverance from occult, psychic powers exposed, altered states danger, spirit guides demonic, Silva Method vs Christianity

Silva’s system heavily uses visualization and guided imagery, which are commonly used in witchcraft and shamanism to contact the spirit world. These aren’t innocent exercises. The enemy uses these gateways to plant demonic spirits that present themselves as angels of light (2 Corinthians 11:14).

1. False View of Jesus Christ

Silva teaches that Jesus was just a “Rabbi” sent to teach us to access inner power through altered states—not as the Son of God who came to save us from sin. He even claims Jesus is not returning and that we are responsible to make Earth a paradise using psychic powers.

John 14:6 (KJV): “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

This denial of Jesus' deity and atonement is a direct assault against the gospel.

2. Denial of Sin and the Cross

According to Silva, sin doesn’t exist—only problems to solve through altered consciousness and psychic abilities. He dismisses the need for salvation through Christ, saying the blood of Jesus “doesn’t help solve problems today.”

Hebrews 9:22 (KJV): “Without shedding of blood is no remission [of sins].”

1 John 1:7 (KJV): “...the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”

This is the spirit of antichrist (1 John 4:3)—a gospel of self-salvation by works and secret knowledge.

3. Counterfeit Holy Spirit

Silva teaches that the Holy Spirit is a dimension or mindset, not the third Person of the Godhead. In place of the true Holy Spirit, students are told to invite spirit guides to do the work for them. This is demonic impersonation.

John 14:26 (KJV): “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things…”

1 Timothy 4:1 (NKJV): “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.”

This is not the Spirit of Truth—it is a seducing spirit leading people away from Christ.

4. Occult Prayer

Silva teaches that prayer is psychic visualization—imagining the desired result and believing you already have it. This mimics the law of attraction, a New Age heresy that replaces God’s will with man’s imagination.

Matthew 6:7-8 (NKJV): “And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do…your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.”

True prayer is humble, relational, and rooted in submission to God’s Word—not manipulating the spiritual realm.

A Counterfeit “Born Again”

In the Silva Method, being “born again” means activating the right brain hemisphere—not being cleansed by the blood of Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit.

John 3:3 (KJV): “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Romans 10:9 (KJV): “If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

The Silva Method offers a false salvation that leads people away from repentance, the cross, and eternal life in Christ.

Deliverance Needed for Those Involved in Silva Method

If you or someone you love has taken part in the Silva Method or similar mind control programs, you must:

  1. Renounce all involvement and beliefs.

  2. Repent for opening doors to occult power.

  3. Break all soul ties with spirit guides and instructors.

  4. Cast out familiar spirits and false light beings through prayer in Jesus’ name.

  5. Receive healing and restoration through the true Holy Spirit.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (KJV): “Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord… and I will receive you.”

Final Warning

The Silva Method is not Christian—it is occult mysticism repackaged with New Age language. It denies the gospel, replaces Christ with self, and opens the door to demonic control. Believers must stay rooted in the Word of God and test every spirit (1 John 4:1).

There is no substitute for Jesus Christ. He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Any system that teaches otherwise is not from God.
