– Covetousness
– Burnout

Covetousness is more than wanting—it’s a spirit rooted in envy and jealousy. James 3:16 warns of the confusion and evil it brings. But Jesus came to deliver you from comparison and striving! 🙏
Envy says, “I want what you have.”
Jealousy says, “I’m afraid you’ll take what I have.”
Together, they birth covetousness—a destructive cycle that leaves you empty. But in Christ, you can break free! 💥
The Bible warns in James 3:16, “Where envy and strife are, there is confusion and every evil work.”
Envy says, “I want what you have.”
Jealousy says, “I’m afraid you’ll take what I have.”
And covetousness grows out of both—driving us to compare, compete, and never feel satisfied. But God calls this idolatry (Colossians 3:5), because it puts our desires above Him.
But the Bible provides a solution: renew the mind.
