Pressing On Towards The Goal

Transcript of the Video Below

This teaching encourages you to get where you want to get now and where God wants you to go.

The Lord plans your life, and God wants to take you. You must press on going forward regardless of what comes your way.

Can you press on regardless of what is happening around you? The enemy comes to discourage you and will use others to do so. Will you allow others to prevent your calling, purpose, and destiny?

Forgetting the Past and Moving Forward Verse - be encouraged to verse

Isaiah 43:19 - “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

There will be days you feel like you are going to drown or burn up. It is like the enemy is tying you down.

In Isaiah 43:1-3, it says, 43 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Be encouraged and press on. The Lord gives a promise.

i press towards the mark of the high calling,

In Isaiah 43:18-19, he says, 18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Are you ready for a new thing in your life? In the year ahead, the Lord aims to bring us new opportunities. He wants His children to walk free in an abundant life with Him.

It is walking free from the unencumbered by the strife past the disappointments. We all have had disappointments by the ties that bind us to our past. It is time to cut the past. Holding onto the past keeps a person from moving forward into all the Lord has for you.

forgetting the past and moving forward verse

It is time to look forward. That means if you have bitterness from others who have hurt you, let go and forgive them. If you want things like they used to be, let it go. The Lord wants to do a new thing. His ways are much higher than ours. It is time to look ahead with fresh eyes, with a fresh anointing that comes with being willing to let go. That means letting go of offenses and being willing to walk through the new doors the Lord has for you.

You gotta let go of the issues in your mind, home, and heart that need to be dealt with and resolved quickly. The way of the Lord is running a race before you without the heavy weight and toxic trouble. Some of you have toxic friends you are hanging onto. It is time to cut. Some of you have nonbelievers in your life, and you run with them. Sometimes, it gets you to compromise your walk. Don't allow that. You want to be around others who can pull you up, challenge your walk, etc.

It is time to choose this day to resolve, reconcile, and repent of the old ways so that you can move into the new thing.

Some of you have self-unforgiveness. You live with guilt and shame. It is time to reconcile with the Lord and see He has forgiven you. Then forgive yourself. Tear up the note you have against yourself. The Lord's mercy is new every morning. To receive it, move forward, and press on as a soldier regardless of how weary you are.

Many are in transition. You cannot get where God wants you to go if you are unwilling to let go of the past from others or yourself. You must press past your past. Your past can be like bondage holding you back from moving forward. For some of you, this has been a tough year. 2023 was a challenging year. I know it was a tough year for me. Don't give up. It is often testing to go to the next level in Him.

Your trials may not be over yet. If I can continue to press through, you can too. Don't give up. That is what the enemy wants us to do, and so do our enemies. Some of you have great anointings, and others are jealous because they see it in you. You may not, but others see it. The enemy sees it as well and tries to stop you.

forgetting the past and moving forward verse,

We must do as Paul did: press on to the things that lie ahead. Press past what lies behind. They are weights that weigh you down. Cut the strings and ropes, but get free and move forward by pressing on.

Again, the Lord says, "behold I do a new thing." We cry out for the new thing but don't want to press on. Sometimes, we cry out for a new opportunity. We often stand in the doorway but do not press through. I am not taking that step; I am moving to walk through. Maybe you are not willing to walk through. It is a new thing, and new things can be scary, but the Lord is in it. Perhaps you've had failures, and you are afraid of another failure. You gotta let go, totally surrender, trust God, and walk through that new door of opportunity He has for you.

You cannot walk through the open door with all that baggage from the past. The baggage is too big to fit through the door. You gotta let it go. Otherwise, you cannot fit through the door of new opportunities.

The Bible says to keep asking and knocking on the door loudly. That is a form of warfare. We want to get things out of the way. Fight the good fight. Speak the the mountain to be removed.

Sometimes, the door does not open because you are carrying so much of the past—baggage—that is weighing you down. The Lord knows better than to allow you to step into the new with the old baggage or self-implode.

It is time to walk free from the wounds, hurts, and unforgiveness of others and get rid of toxic relationships that are pulling you down. Those things need to go. So, change your mindset. Don't get stuck in the mirry clay that is sucking you down in the mud. Let it go, forgive, and let the lord heal your broken heart. Cut off the past, and then prepare to enter a new destiny.

Is it worth holding onto the past? How about self-pity in what others have done to you. You can, as I said last week, we will be reproached by others who hurt us if we allow them to hurt and break us. Who is going to define you? God or man? Unencumbered by the strife of the past. Some of you are in relationships full of conflict. You keep hanging onto those relationships that are not cheering you on but jealous of you and would rather you not walk through the new door the Lord has for you.

god opens doors of opportunity

There may be a lot of drama and chaos in your life. The enemy wants you stuck in drama, confusion, and strife. Cut all the strife and live peacefully with all men. Some people do not want to live in peace with you. They want to stab you in the back. They want to see you fall or fail. They will make up something to accuse you. We need to be like people who are walking in peace in love and in the anointing. Striving and defending yourself from others can steal the anointing. The enemy will waste your time with toxic relationships that do not want you to succeed in your walk.

If you cannot reconcile it, it is time to let them go. I know I had to cut off five people in my life because they brought nothing but strife. There may be more this year I will need to let go. Why? Because they were weighing me down and only emotionally bogging me down with their issues.

Try to reconcile. If you are not able to with certain relationships, then press on. Yes, you may leave them behind. What is greater? What God has for you, or someone holding you back to your full potential and anointing. Stop trying to make it happen. Sometimes, it takes the lord to deal with that person. Give them to the courts of God for the Lord to deal with them. Let them go; they may come back to you and repent, or maybe not. It is their choice. Forgive them, and pray for them, and bless them.

When walking with the Lord, the path becomes narrower. As the path narrows, it becomes less traveled. You may be alone for a season, but trust God to bring in the right relationships. Don't allow them to break you or wound you. Forgive quickly. God has a purpose for your life.

Press towards the mark of the high calling.

God wants to reappoint you. Don't let disappointments get in the way. God is making divine reconnection in this season. Don't let past setbacks in the past to set you up for future failures. Focus on something other than past failures. Focus on the new thing that you may not be able to see yet. Give your disappointments to god. Otherwise, you set yourself up for self-sabotage. Don't allow fear to hold you back like Fear of failure. Move forward, trusting God in the walk he has laid out for you. Remember, setbacks are just setbacks. We can learn from setbacks so that we can press on to the new things the lord has.

When you fear disappointment, you are looking backward. Stop looking in the past. Proclaim and decree positive things into your new future. Many times, when we are about to step into the new, somehow, they pop back in. They are assignments from the enemy to derail you, distract you, and try to haunt you of the past. Those so-called past friends remind you of your past failures. Don't allow it.

There may be soul ties, word curses, and other things coming against you. You have to break those toxic ties of the past. They bind you to the past.

It is time to look ahead with fresh eyes and new perspectives. Stop looking at things through lenses of the past. Throw them away. You gotta look through the eyes of Jesus. To do that, start standing on the Scriptures and seeing things as the Lord sees them. Take the time to praise the lord as often as you can. Start to thank Him for the new stuff. Praise him and shout for the victory as if it has already happened. Ask the Lord to feel what he feels about your future. You will get excited.

See with fresh eyes to move with fresh energy. When around toxic relationships, it is draining. You felt the curses coming at you that made you feel exhausted. Cut them off, move forward with fresh eyes, and praise the Lord; you will have fresh energy. Sometimes, you get up in the morning and cannot get yourself going. The Lord wants to pour out fresh energy upon you. It is exhausting to hold onto the past. Looking at the past is hopeless. It does not energize you.

It is energizing to get a fresh perspective through the Word of God, decreeing them, praising the Lord, and getting renewed hope again. A new anointing will come just for letting go of the past and getting rid of toxic relationships that pull you down. It is hard to let go of relationships, but when you cut the toxic ones, you will, in a little while, feel refreshed and see the truth. It is hard to see the absolute truth when you are in the thick of it. Get separated from it, then you can see the perspective and start getting the perspective of the Lord. You just got to put it in God's hands. Some relationships are complex to let go of. Some are worth holding onto, so rectify it. Some put on the altar. Trust God.

When you put it on the alter, God can give it back to you with a new life, a new anointing, a fresh start. Walk through the doors he has for you. Now is the time to get your house in order. If you are sick in your body, take care of yourself. Do whatever you can to get well. Trust the Lord for your healing. He is a great healer. Take care of your temple. Get your finances in order.

All of us have issues in our minds that need to be renewed. None of us have fully arrived at being completely renewed. It is a lifetime of renewal. We live in a broken world with broken people who will hurt you, but allow the Lord. How do we renew the mind? In areas that don't agree with God, find scriptures to replace the thinking. Memorize, meditate, and replace the lie with the truth. You are made in the image of God.

You are His child. He created you. Get them removed that frustrate us, get us in knots or upset, unable to move forward because of insecurity or fear. We have a partner, Jesus, who came to set the captives free. Allow him to set you free. Some things make us feel depressed, angry, or even anxious. We gotta deal with those things. God wants to do a new thing. So, get busy renewing your mind that lines up with God. The sooner you align with God's truth, the sooner you can walk through those doors.

We gotta press past the issues. Get your mind in order.

Then, there are the heart issues. Heart issues manifest as bad attitudes. We must guard our hearts with all diligence because the issues of life flow out of them. Some people have fear issues; they are issues of the heart. Some people are bitter and resentful; they are issues of the heart. We must cleanse our hearts to move forward through those doors.

God has an excellent plan for you. For example, I know my thoughts for you, sayeth the Lord, plans to prosper you to give you a future and hope. We need to look up where redemption draws from. He wants you to run the race he has for you without the weights of the past. Choose this day to resolve. Choose this day who you will serve. Are you going to serve the spirit of God or serve your flesh? Choose this day who you will serve. REsolve, reconcile, and repent of the old ways.

The sinful nature is still in your flesh. Sometimes, during heavy trials, the enemy puts so much pressure on you that your flesh rises, and you return to your old ways. We can't do that. We must resist the temptation. Lot's wife, when turned back, turned into salt. Looking at the past can paralyze you. God has a new thing for you.

So repent and resolve so you can move into a new season that He has prepared for you. Keep preparing for something new that the Lord has for you. Resist the temptation and press on to the Lord's prize for you. So press on, and don't let the past pull you back to something familiar. It is up to you. God will give you the grace to do it.

Overcoming Heaviness & a Broken Spirit*

Has your confidence been shattered, or is it not the same? How about feeling shamed or angry? Your faith may not be as strong as before. Do you question yourself or God? Maybe you are not as bold as before. All kinds of things can happen that affect your mental health in some way.

Let's look at reproach in the scriptures. Reproach can affect our psychology and possibly our biology, causing diseases.

Ps. 69:13 - 20 and Ps. 55:12-14

13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O Lord, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

14 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.

15 Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

16 Hear me, O Lord; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.

17 And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.

18 Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.

19 Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.

20 Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.

We can become overcomers from others' reproach and overcome their snares from the enemy that floods us with negative thoughts, emotions, and feelings.

Ps. 55:12-14

12 For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:

13 But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.

14 We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.

Nothing can hurt humans more than being reproached by others when someone should love you as well. It could be a father, mother, siblings, or even friends. Reproach means not being approved by others. When someone scorns, mocks, or diminishes your value and worth, those words may pierce your heart, and you believe them as truth. That's where we must look to what the Lord says about us.

According to Psalm 69, the result is that the heart is broken and full of heaviness. Heaviness is a spirit of depression. You feel heavy, sad, and worthless.

Two results from reproach:
  1. Either become thick-skinned, tough, or a survivor to cope. Being tough to keep others out by pushing them away.
  2. A person becomes broken, overwhelmed, isolated, or both.

We must watch how we accept reproach. We cannot take in what others say as truth; it will become our confusing reality - their word vs. God's Word over you. We can become double-minded people who waver between two opinions. Wavering between two opinions only causes confusion.

When we begin to bend (believing) towards what man said in those reproaches, it removes God the Father, the Lord Jesus, from being the Lord of our lives. When that happens, it opens the door to the enemy's camp and his kingdom to begin to feed us lies and put us into captivity. The evil spirits will bear witness to the people's words about you, leaving you disillusioned with themselves and life.

Sometimes, the person who went through reproach will pretend it did not hurt, but it does hurt.

Let me ask you this:

Can you trace it back to where you believed others' reproach? How do we change a reproach that has happened?

  1. We have to stand and learn how to deal with reproach from others.
  2. We must step back from our situation and reflect on our reality. We must look at the world around us objectively and realize that it does not evolve around us. Every human will face reproach from others. We have to learn how to overcome reproaches from others. It is part of life to expect.
  3. Identify it and be honest with God that it did happen. What are you going to do with it? Jesus said offenses will surely come. Don't go into denial. Be honest and objective. What they said, hurt.
  4. The key is not become offended.
The Word of God says we don't fight flesh and blood. The People will say things about us that are untrue. Maybe accusations.

Psalm 69 is a prophecy about Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. We relate to Him in His suffering. How was Jesus not broken through the reproach of others? How did He stay above it?

  1. Jesus trusted His father's word above anyone else's
  2. He let God be true and everyone a liar
  3. He forgave others - all of them.
He was on the cross with horrible reproach being thrown at Him while dying. He said, Father, Forgive them, for they know what they are doing.

You have two choices:
  1.  Go under it, or
  2. overcome it.
It may take some time to recover. Show mercy, grace, and love. Practice self-care. We can overcome since we have the truth in God's Word, in who we are in Christ.

The New Testament instructs us to endure reproaches. 1 Tim. 4:10 For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, especially of those who believe.

We must endure suffering and persevere because He trusts in the Living God.

The first step of healing is the following:

  1.  Forgiving others who have reproached you, and you will come out of being broken by reproach.
Don't try to figure out why they did it. Get your analytical mind out of the way. The enemy's work cannot be figured out, and it is a waste of time. We are commanded to forgive. Forgiveness will heal you much faster.

The world is full of sin and offenses. We must give people a second chance. Yes, sometimes boundaries are needed, especially when trust is broken. Say, Father, I forgive them. Dust off your shoes and go back to your Father and say I am ready for you to help me recover from the heaviness and brokenness that came in from the reproach of others. He will work with you, according to his word, to heal and restore you. he can heal the brokenhearted and the fragmentation of the mind or any other issue that may have come as a reproach from others.

  2. Trust in the Lord's Word over your life, and don't allow other people's words to define who you are. Not man.

You can stop the enemy from bringing a spirit of heaviness onto you to break your spirit by working through it. It does not have to keep you down.

  3. We must learn to get our approval from God and not from people. It is good to affirm each other. We get our honor from God. He will affirm us and approves of us. So, seek Him out to heal your heart.

Reproach from others, intentionally or unintentionally. None of us are perfect as humans. That is what Jesus did for us. We are only sometimes going to be all right with each other. We have to forgive each other and put Him as the only one who is perfect and consistent.

In Isaiah 50:4, The Lord God hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

5 The Lord God hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.

6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.

7 For the Lord God will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.

Confounded means confused and double-mindedness. We struggle with ourselves wavering. When you get confounded, do you look within yourself and figure out why that person reproached you? Do you try to reason it out? Or do you run to God for help, comfort, and support?

8 He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me.

9 Behold, the Lord God will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

We have to set our face like flint and not be ashamed. You will go up and down, but we must keep going in the faith that God is there to help you. Then, you will not be ashamed.

When someone condemns you, the lord is your strength to forgive others.

Isaiah 51:7 Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.

Do not fear men's reproach. Do not avoid people who do you wrong. You have a way out, not a fallout under the heaviness of reproach.

8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.

9 Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

10 Art thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?

11 Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

12 I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass;

13 And forgettest the Lord thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?

  1. You will have oppressors. The reality is God's thoughts of you are forever and ever. Man's words are not eternal, nor are they true. The Word of the Lord is everlasting to everlasting.
  2. Put our faith in the Lord, our hope in Him, and even our entire confidence in him since it will never go away, which is the Word of God, rather than the temporary mishaps of words and actions in what mankind has done to us. Man is not your God.
  3. Don't let any human being separate you from God or from yourself. Don't allow anyone to keep you in heaviness or bitterness or down for weeks, months, or years.

He can restore our souls. As the Bible says, Blessed are those pure in heart, for they shall see God one day.

Standing Firm: Embracing God's Prophetic Promises with Unwavering Trust

Trusting God's Specific Promise to You in Difficult Times - Extreme Faith

Mega faith and mega grace

If you need to see something big move in your life or move significantly, it takes exercising mega faith to appropriate mega grace.

2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV

9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, reproaches, necessities, persecutions, distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

When you step out in faith and rely on my grace to obey the words I have spoken, present or past. Do not grow weary waiting for my word to come to pass.

The Lord will make the impossible things possible. That is who the Lord is when we step in faith and rely on His grace. Not sitting on it but moving forward on the word given by others or the Word of God to compel you.

The Lord will show ways over, around, and through things that may have held a person back in their calling, purpose, etc. Regardless of what is happening, do not look at the circumstances. We must keep our eyes on Him and His promises to the body of Christ, whether as a body or personally.

That means we cannot waiver. To not waiver is to stand and stay strong, believing, standing on His Word and His promises regardless of what others say or what is happening. Yes, the enemy will try to stop it from coming into flourishing, but it is pressing through, getting the breakthrough. It quotes the promises of God, declares His word, and does not waver. It is building your faith continually daily over the promises of God.

One way to do this is when it comes from the Lord, knowing He will make a way for you. Appropriate His grace over your word of promises that dwell inside of you. Means, trust and obey regardless knowing His grace is sufficient

2 Corinthians 12:9, King James Version, 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me

His grace gives you supernatural favor over your life. His grace gives us supernatural power. What is the grace for? When we get a word or a promise from the Lord, the enemy comes like a flood through discouragement. A time of dryness a lack of anyone encouraging you to stay with it.

The Lord offers us whatever we need, but we must ask for it from Him. He will encourage his people in a time of need when the promise has not come about.

It takes releasing your faith to walk in His grace. Expect the enemy to throw storms, but it takes keeping your eyes on the lord and allowing Him to pour out the grace on us to survive the waiting to fulfill His promises. When we do this, we will see things move that seem immovable.

It is expecting to see God move in ways you hoped and prayed for. Expect to move into new God dimensions as His goodness. Expect and move. How do we know it is time to move?

Being in the same place you may have always been is tiring. It is breaking out, moving into a breakthrough for something new. It is sick and tired of being stuck in the same place of drama. Stop being in a place of lack, but expect abundance spiritually, financially, or both - reaching the promised land, regardless of whether everything is breaking around you—chaos. You can expect chaos, but it takes moving forward to see the promises break into a new dimension.

That means stepping into spiritual warfare to push back the enemy or push forward to the promise. Look at Moses leaving Egypt. They had to press through, backs against the wide river. But God came through, and the water departed. Expect miracles in the middle of chaos when the enemy tries to stop the dream or promise. He will come in like a flood when there is a promise. Expect it, and fight back by pushing through.

David lived in Constant Spiritual Warfare for Battle.

David lived in constant spiritual warfare. It was more of a natural fight but a spiritual lesson for us to learn how to fight and not give up. Remember to rest as well. David, as a mighty warrior, had times of rest. Many times, the Lord fights for us while we are resting. Can you trust the Lord in a time of rest and know the Lord is fighting for you?

Joshua did not Waiver Going Crossing Over Into the Promised Land.

Is there a time you did this? Give an example:

It is time to move out of that place and cross over into the Promised Land like the Israelites did when they entered it. Was it easy? Did they have encounters?

The first thing they did when they moved over the river into the promised land and went into warfare was the Battle of Jericho.

Before crossing the river to the promised land, what did they do?

Joshua 3:14-17, King James Version, 14 And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;

15 And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

16 That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.

17 And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan..

The priest was at the front of the tribe with the ark, and they dipped their feet in the water, and the river pulled backward, and the ground was dry.

3:5 they sanctified themselves,

3:7 they magnified praises to the Lord

To stay strong in mega faith, we must sanctify ourselves, examine sin daily, and worship the Lord. Worship can be warfare against the enemy,

The result at Jeriko, was victory in Christ. They took the city down. A City of Giants. The promise?

In Joshua 6:2 it is written how the Lord speaks to Joshua, saying:

“And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.” (Joshua 6:2)

The giants were described as “a mighty people with tall stature who lived in Canaan.

In the scriptures, it is said that the Hebrews set fire to the whole city of Jericho, and none they found inside alive. They burned everything around the city of Jericho, and they tore down structures that escaped the fire.

Joshua and Israel did not waiver because of Jericho's people's size—they were giants. They knew the Lord would give them victory.

·Faith: Joshua and Israel believed the battle plan given by God, as unusual as it was.

·Obedience: Joshua and Israel followed God’s battle plan exactly.

·Courage: Israel followed God’s battle plan despite the danger it posed.

·Endurance: Israel followed God’s battle plan over a period, even when it seemed that nothing was happening.

·Trust: Israel did not rely on their own wisdom or familiar methods; their trust was in the Lord, not in human ingenuity.

We need become like Joshuas. it was time for them to move into the promises. It is time for the body of Christ to move into its promises in mega faith and mega grace. Time is short, just like Joshua and Israel did to proclaim and claim their promises from the Lord.

What does mega mean? It is the highest level of rank of excellence or importance. Mega is something important.

Like Israel taking back the promised land of Abraham, it was to claim back, take back, something bigger than them, their possession and inheritance. Mega is the inheritance of God's promises.

Mega is an astronomical blessing. We must move from ordinary to unordinary Christians with astronomical blessings the Lord wants to give through His promises. Mega is large. Taking back Israel, the promised land was immense. The land was whole of giants and many tribes of people to reclaim back to them.

A colossal breakthrough in your life.

Proverbs 13:12-18 MSG

Unrelenting disappointment leaves you heartsick, but a sudden good break can turn life around. Ignore the Word and suffer; honor God's commands and grow rich. The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life, so no more drinking from death-tainted wells!

Receiving God's blessings is like being over the moon. It is something more significant than you can ever imagine. God is in the business of stretching our imaginations. He wants us to dream larger than life. Receive what He shows us and go after it without letting anything stop you. That takes mega faith with mega grace to believe and conceive it.

Dreams go through a process of conceiving and then birthing. It is birthing the dream.

Once the Lord conceives His plan, what do we do? First, write out the vision.

Proverbs 29:18 King James Version "18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he."

Sometimes, we have a mega-mountain, and it takes mega faith and mega grace to speak to that mountain and say be thought removed and cast into the sea.

Mark. 11. [23] For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

It is often time to move and implement God's promises into action. Speaking to that mountain is spiritual warfare: clearing out the land, removing the enemy from the land, and removing the obstacles in your way to claim God's promises.

The next step is to expect a supersized breakthrough as you remove all the barriers to God's promises—a supersized movement.

Mega faith and mega grace unlock a mega movement—a big move of God in your life. There may be people around you who are sick and dying, premature children who need to come home, and some who lack financial resources. It is time for a mega move of God like Joshua did with Israel stepping into their promised land.

God gives us a measure of faith. First, it starts out like a mustard seed

Matthew 17:20, King James Version "20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove, and nothing shall be impossible unto you."

To grow that faith, we must exercise that faith. How can we grow that faith?

You cannot wait for things to fall upon you. It is exercising faith, warring, standing, decreeing, and stringing yourself up not to lose hope even when the enemy comes in like a flood. It is time to move into the promised land and claim it as yours that may be cleaning and removing things in that promise.

Don't allow yourself to lose faith when the enemy comes to fight against you. Instead, fight harder than before each time the enemy comes, like a flood. The enemy can be family members, work, school, friends, etc. Don't lose heart; keep moving forward. Don't allow discouragement from others.

Discouragement will rob and release the flames that the Lord ignited in you. Keep fanning the flames with mega faith and grace. Fan them with the written promise in front of you, the Word of God, and worship and praise the Lord for the answer or completion, even if it is not completed yet.

Sometimes, your faith will seem weak, and victory will be far away. Again, fight the discouragement. Stand, fight the good fight of faith - 1 Tim. 6:12. Appropriate the grace of God. Begin to exercise that faith again. Rebuild your faith to have strong faith to stand for the impossible. Mega faith is pure faith. Like a child has pure faith. Keep the reasoning and doubt, unbelief, and fear out. Don't try to analyze it. Just keep moving in faith. It is time to root those things out if you have a propensity for fear.

Faith like David Had to Defeat Goliath

We need to have that stubborn faith and bulldog faith. That bulldog faith is not letting go by bitting into the promise the Lord has given. Did David give up fighting Goliath after his brother, Eliab, accused him of  1 Sam. 17:28 by saying, "I know your presumption and the evil of your heart. ESV or "I know your pride and wickedness of heart." He was accused by a spirit of accusation. David didn't fight with him but went forward with stubborn faith to fight Goliath with stones.

Often, when accused by family, it goes deep and can stop us, but not David.

Have you ever received a promise and shared it with others and were accused of evil or pride in your heart? Share!

Let's look at David's response in vs. 29. He says to Eliab, And David said, “What have I done now? Was it not but a word?”

In vs. 30 he says, "And he turned away from him toward another, and spoke in the same way, and the people answered him again as before."

Did David accuse his brother? No, He asked a question. How many times, as Christians, accuse back when attacked by family or good friends?

Should we defend ourselves or move forward with Mega faith to pursue the calling?

When we get a promise or prophetic word that resonates with our heart, what should we be doing?

Ten Steps to Turn Faith on the Promises of God to You into Mega Faith

1. Wage war with the prophetic word of promises to you.

2. Expect the enemy to come in like a flood and be ready

3. Keep hope. Keep the faith and receive grace from God by keeping doubt, unbelief, and discouragement out of the heart. Watch what you say so that you don't speak negative words over it.

4. Speak over your word out loud and praise the Lord for the Word, declaring it.

5. Praise the Lord for the outcome even when you don't see it.

6. Speak to the mountain to remove obstacles.

7. Watch your responses when the enemy does come like a flood through family and friends.

8. Meditating on the Word of God on His promises to you day and night - Joshua 1:8. Then you will find success.

9. Pray in the Holy Spirit - Jude 20 — King James Version (KJV 1900) - 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. When we pray in the spirit, we are building our spirit man up. Cultivating mega faith.

10. Keep your dream and vision written out in front of you.

Keep doing all the above to grow your mega faith and mega grace

Matthew 8 and 5 - Jesus went into Capernaum. A centurion came to him, begging him to heal the paralyzed servant boy at his house. He understood authority and the power of authority and knew Jesus did not need to come to his house to heal the servant boy.

Jesus said he had never seen anyone with that much great faith, which is interpreted as mega faith.

Jesus hears our cries, hears our prayers, sees our faith, and performs miracles.

Unlocking Harmony: The Power of Submission

Unlocking Harmony: The Power of Submission in Building a Strong Family Foundation

To Have Authority, Submit Under Authority: The Key to a Harmonious Home

In every household, a principle governs relationships: to have authority, you must submit to authority. This fundamental concept plays a crucial role in maintaining peace and harmony within the home. In the context of marriage, the husband is seen as the spiritual leader who holds authority in Christ when he operates under the covering of authority. Similarly, the wife also carries authority when she willingly submits to her husband's leadership.

The Chain of Authority in the Home

When the chain of authority is broken, chaos and discord can infiltrate the home. If the husband fails to submit to Christ or the wife refuses to adhere to the principles outlined in God's word, it opens the door for spiritual attacks. This breakdown affects the relationship between the husband and wife and has a ripple effect on their children. Rebellion, disorder, and disharmony can manifest, leading to a destabilized household.

Following the Example of Jesus

Looking at the ultimate example of authority and submission, we see Jesus Christ under the authority of the Father (John 10:30). Just as in a marriage where two individuals become one, there is harmony when everyone understands their place and authority. Additionally, the Bible emphasizes the importance of honoring and respecting the Son, Jesus, who was given authority over all creation (John 5:23).

Upholding Honor and Respect within the Family

In a marriage, the husband is designated as the spiritual leader who should ensure his wife is honored, respected, and valued. The husband creates an atmosphere of unity and peace by promoting his wife's position and setting her up for honor within the home. Derek Prince aptly stated, "No head can function without a neck to hold it up," illustrating the necessity of the wife's support and submission in maintaining harmony.

The Role of the Wife in Supporting the Husband

The wife should not have to seek her own honor or establish her position within the household. When she feels cherished, esteemed, and respected by her husband, she does not need to fight for recognition or independence. This mutual respect and support between husband and wife fosters rest, security, and harmony within the home.

The Importance of Unity and Order

When the husband aligns himself with the teachings of Jesus, the entire family benefits from unity, peace, and rest. By upholding his role as the protector of the household, the husband ensures that the demonic forces are kept at bay. Disorder and disharmony within the home can lead to manifestations of rebellion, strife, and even physical ailments among the children.

Maintaining Unity in Marriage

Jesus' humility in acknowledging the Father's authority is a model for husbands and wives in maintaining unity within the family. The wife's willingness to yield to her husband's authority creates a strong foundation for unity and order within the household. By honoring and respecting each other's positions, both husband and wife contribute to the overall well-being of the family unit.

In conclusion, the key to a harmonious home lies in the principle of authority and submission. When both husband and wife understand their roles and responsibilities and submit to higher authorities, such as Christ, peace and harmony reign within the household. By upholding honor, respect, and unity, the family can thrive and withstand any challenges that come their way.
