If you have had something said to you, that was negative and against what God's word says about you, and that word curse plays in your mind and holds you back, then you have a word curse.

You need to forgive the person who said those words to you. Forgiveness often breaks the curse. Forgiveness is the number one sin that holds the demonic over a person.
