Tae Bo Practice is not of God


TAE- BO 9~ started by Billy Blanks 10, "I created Tae-Bo for the "spirit, mind and body". Blanks is, "A seventh degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, the dominant Korean form of karate, Billy holds black belts in five other forms of martial arts. A seven-time world karate champion, he captained the U.S. Karate team and .... has been in the Karate Hall of Fame since 1982." Tae-Bo combines "Tae Kwon Do, boxing and dance disciplines executed to hip-hop music." The Tae-Bo symbol is yin and yang.
