The Dark Origins of Blood Pact

The Dark Origins of Blood Pact: Why Christians Must Avoid Occult Pacts

The Dark Origins of Blood Pact Mass: Why Christians Must Avoid Occult Pacts

The Founder and Origins of the Blood Pact Mass

The Blood Pact Mass is a sinister spiritual ritual rooted in occult and pagan traditions, believed to originate from pre-Christian tribal cultures in Eastern Europe. The founder remains unidentified, as the practice evolved anonymously through esoteric and ritualistic orders passed down secretly among sorcerers, shamans, and occult practitioners. It later spread through occult revival movements in the 19th and 20th centuries.

At its core, Blood Pact Mass is a solemn and legally binding spiritual agreement where each party places their own blood at the bottom of a written pact, beside their signature. The pact is designed to invoke spiritual enforcement, believed to call upon supernatural powers to witness and bind the parties to the contract. No amendments can be made unless all original parties are present, emphasizing the binding permanence of the agreement — spiritually and legally.

The Belief System Behind Blood Pact Mass

Blood Pact Mass is not merely symbolic; it is spiritually charged with occult energy. The blood used is considered a personal life force conduit, which becomes part of a shared spiritual energy field once placed into the pact. Practitioners believe this binds the souls of all involved, sometimes beyond death. This is not divination or prayer, but a ritual of spiritual bondage using energy transference and demonic enforcement.

Spirituality and Cultural Roots

The underlying spirituality is animistic and pagan, steeped in blood magic and occultism. Cultures that practiced ritual bloodletting and blood sacrifice—such as ancient Druids, early Norse clans, and Eastern European shamanic tribes—often used blood in ceremonies to seal covenants or communicate with spirits.

These cultures believed in many gods or spiritual forces, most notably gods of war, death, and fate. There was often no moral law, only spiritual cause and effect. Their rituals opened spiritual doors, making practitioners vulnerable to demonic influence.

The Blood Pact Mass is not neutral. It is demonic in origin, using a practice outside the nature and example of God. In contrast, Jesus Christ never used blood pacts with others. He alone shed His blood once and for all for the remission of sins, not for magical contracts or soul ties.

Why Christians Must Reject Blood Pact

Scripture gives strong warnings about engaging with occult practices. God forbids His people from creating spiritual covenants through means not ordained by Him. Blood pacts invoke spiritual forces that are not of God and thus place the participant under demonic legal rights.

Biblical Warnings:

  • Leviticus 17:11 – “For the life of the flesh is in the blood…”
Using blood outside God’s design invites judgment.

  • Deuteronomy 18:10-12 – “There shall not be found among you… anyone who practices divination… or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord.”

  • 2 Corinthians 6:14-15 – “What fellowship can light have with darkness?”

  • 1 Corinthians 10:20-21 – “You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too…”

Christians cannot "Christianize" occult rituals. You cannot take something demonic and try to rebrand it for God’s purposes. That’s spiritual compromise and opens the door to torment.

The Consequences of Occult Involvement

Christians who engage in occult practices like Blood Pact may suffer demonic infestation. Common symptoms include:

  • Nightmares or sleep paralysis

  • Intrusive thoughts or emotional torment

  • Hearing voices or seeing shadows/orbs

  • Confusion, fear, and spiritual oppression

  • The biggest issue is soul ties to the other person that can connect you.

Even after repentance, such individuals may require deliverance ministry to break spiritual ties and expel demonic forces.

As believers, we must remember: If Jesus didn’t do it, don’t do it. Jesus didn’t use pacts, rituals, or blood exchanges to form covenants with man. He shed His blood once for all to offer a covenant of grace, not manipulation.

A Final Warning

Christians are called to spiritual purity. Engaging in Blood Pact Mass, or similar occult contracts, is not just spiritually dangerous—it is spiritual rebellion. If you or someone you know has been involved, seek repentance and deliverance immediately.

Methods of discernment:

• Who was the founder of this modality?

• What was his/her spirituality?

• What culture did it come out of?

• What were their beliefs?

• Who is their God or gods?

Many occult practices in Christianity need to be discerned.  Another method of discernment is the Word of God. The word of God is our measuring stick. The more we read the word, know the word, and have a relationship with the Lord, the more we discern right and wrong. We perish from a lack of knowledge.

Hosea 4:6 declares, “My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.”

If you've been involved in a new age, occult, or cult, it can invite demonic spirits to torment you. If you feel tormented, you may need deliverance.
