Israel's Deliverance From Egypt

Have you ever gotten out of bondage and didn't feel normal?  If you've been in bondage for so long, then when you get free, it is a hard reality.  How about those who have been married in a very mentally abusive relationship?  Why is that!

Exodus 16

Egypt represents the flesh and Israel was delivered from Egypt and traveled in the desert between Elim and Sinai called The Wilderness of Sin.

During that time, the Israelites murmured and complained because of the need for necessities, food, and water.

God did many miracles in Egypt through Moses and continued to do miracles to demonstrate God's power, goodness, and provision.

Many times, when a person has been in bondage, like Israel being slaves in Egypt, it is familiar and comfortable.  Our flesh prefers the old instead of the new thing (the promised land) God wants to produce. The reality, the enemy will try to do anything to get you to go back to your bondage. 

Have you ever gotten free from bondage, and it should feel good but feel strange at first?  The flesh wants to take you back to bondage because it is familiar and comfortable.  One is a lack of trust in God to meet you when there is uncertainty.

God's way is to go forward and trust Him in the land of uncertainty.

What do you do during this time? 

1.  Praise him for your freedom
2.  Declare and decree you are free and not going back
3.  Draw the line in the sand to determine to go forward into the wilderness for God to burn away more of the flesh
4.  Stand on the promises of God and fight for your freedom
5.  Pray over yourself and call forth your callings and giftings
6.  Don't look back in the land of regrets and sadness but move forward into the new land (spiritually) with gladness.  When you think of the past, take the time to renounce those thoughts according to 2 Cor. 10:5.

It is a time to renew the mind to burn away more of the flesh and break strongholds of thinking and move into our new inheritance - the Promise Land.  The enemy will throw thoughts of remembrance but don't play into them.  Remember God has your best interest.

Quantum Physics - Quantum Healing

Is really new age medicine and is energy healing.

Many so-called Christians have adopted this modality of quantum touch, known as energy healing! The truth is they are deceived. What I'm going to do is show how they are deceived today!

What is Quantum Touch?

Quantum touch is a healing technique developed by Richard Gordon. The method involves "running energy" through the practitioner's hands to the recipient's body or energy field. There is no physical manipulation of the client. By creating a field of higher vibration at the hands, the practitioner entrains the client's energy field, raising it to the higher vibration and allowing the client's body or energy field to respond.

In Quantum Healing, Deepak Chopra describes this force of intelligence as being active in originating and sustaining creation, not only in us but in the entire universe: "Clearly, there is a counterforce pushing evolution along, creating life, fending off the threat of entropy. The counterforce is intelligence, which, at the quantum level, is far more than a mental phenomenon. Intelligence holds together the blueprint of each cell in its DNA, and many scientists now believe the same holds true of the entire universe. Intelligence is a synonym for creative power."

Did you see the words used here? Running energy, energy field, high vibration, etc.

Quantum Spirituality is basically Unitarianism, a form of universalism. The theory behind this idea is purely Eastern mysticism.

2 Co 4:4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Quantum Healing promoted Hindu concepts that combined Hinduism and Western medicine.

Who is really healing you? Yourself, the energy, or God. The answer is that the demonic realm is healing you. Unfortunately, the demonic world can heal, but it does not last. The sickness you were healed from comes back with a vengeance in another illness.

Deepak Chopra

Deepak Chopra is from India and describes him as "the poet-prophet of alternative medicine."

He came up with the Quantum Touch, Quantum Physics, etc.

Deepak Chopra elaborates on this perceptual shift by utilizing quantum physics as verification: "Your body appears to be composed of solid matter that can be broken down into molecules and atoms, but quantum physics tells us that every atom is more than 99.9999 percent empty space, and the subatomic particles moving at lightning speed through this space are actually bundles of vibrating energy. These vibrations aren't random and meaningless; however; they carry information." The accentuated perception is that matter is composed of energy.

What is energy field?

Deepak Chopra explains that quantum physics convinces us to adopt the perception that we are energy forms.

"An even more recent revelation is the quantum field theory, which completely replaces the traditional notion that solid particles and the space surrounding them are separate and distinct. Solid objects are only temporary condensations of energy that come and go in that field. This is similar to what the oriental sages say about `form' and `emptiness' being the same thing."

Deepak Chopra's concept of energy is derived from ancient Indian teaching: "Prana is present in every mental and physical event. Prana is sometimes defined as `life force' or `life energy.'"

Deepak Chopra's new assumptions, along with the philosophy of his Ancient Wisdom, have induced the reader to adopt a philosophy parallel to the theory and practice of witchcraft. Witchcraft is not to be embraced or flirted with. It is forbidden by God and is a sin. The works of our sinful nature, which include witchcraft, are evidentially laid out in the Bible.

Ekstasis is a Greek word for moving beyond oneself. Since time began, humans have realized our ability to have sensations that transcend our mundane experience - to experience a journey to enhanced states of consciousness and find freedom from the perceived constraints of time and space…… It is a chance to reclaim our shamanic heritage of healing through transformational, cathartic experiences. To dance our way into a trance, moving beyond ourselves to connect with the divine source and bring back the vision of a fuller, more potent existence.

It is a well-established fact that many of the Eastern and esoteric religions employ the techniques of trance dancing. The hypnotic sounds and movements elevate dancers into ecstatic, altered states of consciousness. While they are in these altered states of consciousness, they are most open to suggestion, mind control, seduction by deceiving spirits, and spontaneous Kundalini awakenings. However, do not be deceived; there is no such thing as “Christian” trance dancing.
