Self-Hypnosis: Hidden Dangers

Self-Hypnosis: Hidden Dangers, Occult Roots, and Why the Bible Warns Against It

Self-Hypnosis: Hidden Dangers, Occult Roots, and Why the Bible Warns Against It

Why Christians Must Avoid Self-Hypnosis and Its Spiritual Counterfeits - Watch the Video

Self-hypnosis is commonly marketed as a harmless “relaxation technique,” yet at its core it is a New Age practice rooted in altered states of consciousness—states the Bible repeatedly warns God’s people to avoid. Self-hypnosis is defined as a heightened, trance-like focus combined with increased suggestibility. This state weakens natural mental boundaries, making a person more open to external spiritual influences—something Scripture strictly warns against (1 Peter 5:8).

Where Did Self-Hypnosis Come From?

Modern self-hypnosis traces back to Franz Anton Mesmer, an 18th-century occult practitioner who believed he could manipulate unseen “magnetic forces” within people. His teachings were heavily influenced by Eastern mysticism, pagan trance practices, and occult energy manipulation, not by science or Scripture. Mesmer’s ideas were later popularized in India, where yogic trance and shamanic induction techniques were used for centuries to enter altered states for spiritual contact.

The practice was never birthed from biblical culture, Christian prayer, or Holy Spirit-led meditation. Instead, it is rooted in traditions where gods, spirits, and ancestors were invoked for power.

What Did the Founders Believe?

Mesmer believed in a universal life-force—similar to the New Age concept of prana or chi—rather than the God of the Bible. Later hypnotists connected trance states with contacting higher beings or unlocking psychic ability. These beliefs align with:

  • New Age spirituality

  • Occult divination

  • Witchcraft visualization techniques

  • Eastern mysticism

None of these origins are compatible with Christianity.

Why It Is Against the Bible

God forbids altered states of consciousness that bypass sober-minded awareness. Scripture commands us to remain alert, vigilant, and clear-minded:

  • “Be sober, be vigilant.” (1 Peter 5:8)

  • “Gird up the loins of your mind.” (1 Peter 1:13)

Hypnosis intentionally lowers mental guardrails, quiets the conscious mind, and invites passive receptivity—conditions similar to mediumship and trance divination. God forbids all practices that lessen discernment or open the soul to spiritual influence apart from the Holy Spirit (Deut. 18:9–12).

For Christians, any practice designed to bypass conscious awareness is spiritually dangerous. 103:2–3; James 1:17)

Is Self-Hypnosis Occultic?

Yes. It aligns with multiple occult categories:

  • Divination—seeking hidden knowledge

  • New Age medicine—using the mind to “manifest” or “attract” energy

  • Visualization magic—altered states to create desired outcomes

  • Witchcraft—mental projection and suggestion

  • New Age spirituality—self-healing through trance and subconscious programming

Many hypnotists openly admit that hypnosis is a form of guided magic. Its purpose is to bypass the conscious mind and reprogram the subconscious—something Scripture never instructs believers to do. (Deuteronomy 18:9–12)

Why Self-Hypnosis Is Against the Bible

The Bible commands believers to remain:

  • sober-minded (1 Peter 1:13)

  • alert and vigilant (1 Peter 5:8)

  • sound in mind (2 Timothy 1:7)

  • transformed by renewing the mind, not emptying it (Romans 12:2)

Why Do People Use Self-Hypnosis?

People turn to self-hypnosis for:

  • anxiety

  • weight loss

  • trauma relief

  • performance improvement

  • spiritual experiences

  • connecting with “higher self”

  • psychic development

But all these goals have biblical solutions, not occult alternatives. The Holy Spirit, not trance states, brings true healing.

Can Someone Be a Victim of Hypnosis or Remote Influence?

Hypnosis requires consent, but spiritual oppression does not. People can come under influence indirectly when exposed to:

  • guided meditations

  • hypnotic videos

  • subliminal recordings

  • New Age audio tracks

  • spiritualists performing psychic influence

While “remote viewing” is part of occult practice, Christians can protect themselves through:

  • the blood of Jesus

  • daily prayer

  • renouncing occult ties

  • speaking Scripture aloud

  • anointing with oil

  • closing spiritual doors

Why People Need Deliverance After Using Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis opens spiritual doors because it:

  1. Involves surrender of the mind

  2. Invites altered states of consciousness

  3. Removes godly discernment

  4. Mirrors occult rituals

  5. Encourages visualization and autosuggestion

  6. Aligns the soul with demonic influence

Many people report nightmares, sleep paralysis, intrusive thoughts, spiritual attacks, and anxiety after hypnosis. These symptoms reveal spiritual entry points that must be closed through repentance and deliverance. (Leviticus 19:31; Isaiah 8:19)

The Truth About Seeing Auras

The Truth About Seeing Auras – Why This New Age Practice Opposes God’s Word

The Truth About Seeing Auras – Why This New Age Practice Opposes God’s Word

Exposing Aura Reading, Its Pagan Origins, and Why Christians Must Avoid It

Many Christians are surprised to learn that the popular New Age practice of seeing auras—the belief that colored energy fields surround a person—comes from occult, Eastern religious, and metaphysical traditions that directly contradict the Word of God. Although mainstream culture treats aura reading as harmless spirituality or pseudo-science, its origins, teachings, and practices reveal something much darker. Aura viewing is not a spiritual gift from the Holy Spirit; it is a form of divination, a counterfeit form of “discernment,” and a doorway to demonic influence.

Where Did Aura Reading Come From?

Aura reading did not originate from Christianity or the Bible. Its roots trace back to:

1. Hinduism & Yogic Mysticism

The concept of the aura is deeply tied to chakras, prana, and Eastern mysticism from ancient India. These teachings come from pagan religious systems centered on pantheism, reincarnation, and spiritism. Sources record its Hindu roots in yogic philosophy and the “subtle body” system (see: https://www.britannica.com/topic/chakra).

2. Theosophy & Occult Science

Modern aura reading was popularized by occultists such as Helena Blavatsky and Charles Leadbeater of the Theosophical Society, an organization openly practicing spirit communication, clairvoyance, and ascended-master teachings (see: https://www.britannica.com/topic/Theosophical-Society).

3. New Age Metaphysics

The New Age movement advances aura viewing as part of psychic development, energy healing, and intuitive medicine. This includes practices like Reiki, kundalini, clairvoyance, and spiritual ascension teachings (see: https://www.history.com/topics/religion/new-age-movement).

None of these foundations align with Christianity. They all promote gods other than Yahweh, mixed pagan spirituality, and techniques that open people to spiritual deception.

What Did Aura Readers Believe?

The early teachers behind aura reading believed in:

  • multiple gods or universal consciousness

  • spirit guides and disembodied entities

  • psychic powers accessible through meditation

  • karma and reincarnation

  • energy ascension through chakras

This is not biblical. Scripture declares:

“For all the gods of the nations are idols.” — Psalm 96:5

“There shall not be found among you anyone… who practices divination.” — Deuteronomy 18:10–12

Anyone seeing auras, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is participating in a spiritual system rooted in forbidden practices.

Who Is the “God” Behind Aura Reading?

Aura reading does not come from the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It comes from cultures and religions that worship:

  • Hindu deities

  • unidentified spirit guides

  • ascended masters

  • universal consciousness

  • kundalini spirits

  • nature spirits

These spiritual forces do not reflect the Holy Spirit. They are demonic counterfeits masquerading as enlightenment.

Paul warned:

“Satan himself transforms into an angel of light.” — 2 Corinthians 11:14

The “light” people claim to see around others is not from God. It’s a deceptive spiritual phenomenon tied to occult perception.

Is Aura Reading a Form of Divination or Witchcraft?

Yes. It is all of the above.

Aura reading falls under:

  • divination (supernatural knowledge apart from God)

  • sorcery (manipulating spiritual forces)

  • New Age healing

  • psychic seeing

  • occult clairvoyance

Anything that relies on energy fields, intuitive sight, chakras, or psychic perception is demonic in origin.

Why Do People Get Involved in Aura Reading?

People typically become involved because they:

  • desire supernatural knowledge

  • want spiritual power or identity

  • seek healing through energy therapy

  • grow up in Eastern cultural traditions

  • are exposed to New Age teachers

  • are seeking emotional connection or validation

  • want to feel “special” or spiritually gifted

Satan offers counterfeit gifts to lure people away from the true power of the Holy Spirit.

Can Someone Be a Victim of Aura Reading or Remote Viewing?

Yes. Aura readers often practice forms of remote viewing, psychic scanning, or energy reading without permission. This is a violation of spiritual boundaries and can open demonic portals.

Protection comes through:

  • the blood of Jesus

  • renouncing occult involvement

  • closing spiritual doors

  • commanding severance from ungodly soul ties

  • breaking psychic intrusion in prayer

Why Someone May Need Deliverance

Anyone who:

  • practiced aura reading

  • received aura reading

  • learned kundalini or chakra meditation

  • used energy healing

  • opened their “third eye”

  • practiced psychic development

  • sought aura photography or interpretation

  • partnered with ascended masters or spirit guides

…has opened doors to spiritual oppression.

Deliverance is needed to break:

  • divination spirits

  • kundalini spirits

  • familiar spirits

  • false light spirits

  • psychic intrusion spirits

Freedom only comes through Jesus Christ—not through energy work.

Séances Exposed: The Dark Spiritual Origin

Séances Exposed: The Dark Spiritual Origin, Biblical Warnings, and Why Christians Must Reject Mediumship

Séances Exposed: The Dark Spiritual Origin, Biblical Warnings, and Why Christians Must Reject Mediumship

Séances have become popularized through movies, paranormal TV shows, and the rise of New Age spirituality—but the practice is far from harmless entertainment. A séance is a ritual where people attempt to communicate with the dead, usually through a medium or psychic. While culture portrays this as comforting or enlightening, the Bible gives a clear and urgent warning: contacting the dead is strictly forbidden and always opens doors to demonic deception.

Where Did Séances Come From? The Cultural & Spiritual Origin

The modern séance movement began in the 19th century with the Fox Sisters in upstate New York, who claimed to communicate with spirits through knocking sounds. Their ideas spread globally and became the foundation of Spiritualism, a religion built entirely on contacting the dead.
Reference: The History of Spiritualism by Arthur Conan Doyle.

Spiritualism grew rapidly in the U.S. and Europe, blending occultism, mysticism, and Eastern metaphysical beliefs. Mediumship was tied closely to Hindu and Buddhist ideas about spirits, as well as European paganism, where shamans and witch doctors attempted spirit communication through rituals.

Who Is the “god” Behind Séances and Mediumship?

Spiritualism claimed that “spirit guides” were benevolent beings helping humanity evolve. But according to the Bible, these so-called guides are not the dead, but familiar spirits—demonic entities masquerading as deceased loved ones.

God makes it absolutely clear:

“There shall not be found among you… a medium, or a necromancer, or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD.”
Deuteronomy 18:10–12

The god behind séances is not the God of the Bible, but the prince of darkness, Satan, who disguises himself as “an angel of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14).

How Mediums Become Involved: A Doorway to Demonic Influence

Most mediums report early spiritual experiences, trauma, or exposure to occult practices. They often describe:

  • hearing voices

  • seeing spirits

  • feeling presences

  • sensing emotions

  • prophetic impressions

However, these abilities did not come from the Holy Spirit—they came from familiar spirits, often inherited through generational curses, witchcraft in the family line, or playing with occult practices like Ouija boards, tarot, or psychic readings.

Reference: “Familiar Spirits and Spirit Guides in Occultism.”

Once a person opens this spiritual door, spirits begin to communicate more clearly, eventually taking control of their senses, speech, and emotions. What they believe is a “gift” is actually demonic oppression or partnership.

What Do Séance Practitioners Believe?

Spiritualists and mediums typically believe that:

  • the dead can communicate with the living

  • spirit guides lead and protect them

  • there is no heaven, hell, or judgment

  • humans can evolve spiritually through spirit contact

These beliefs directly contradict Scripture. Hebrews 9:27 says:

“It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.”

The dead are not roaming around looking for conversation. The only beings responding at séances are demons impersonating the dead.

What Is the Purpose of a Séance? Why Do People Use It?

Séances are used for:

  • comfort after loss

  • curiosity

  • seeking guidance

  • contacting ancestors

  • spiritual power

  • paranormal investigation

But the real purpose behind séances is demonic access. The enemy uses grief, trauma, and curiosity to draw people into spiritual deception.

Reference: “Biblical Warnings Against Divination and Mediumship.”

Is It Divination, Occultism, Witchcraft, or New Age?

Séances are:

  • divination (seeking knowledge from spirits

  • occultism (hidden supernatural knowledge)

  • witchcraft (partnering with familiar spirits)

  • New Age practice (channeling, spirit guides)

It is not one category—it is all of them.

Can Someone Become a Victim of a Séance or Remote Viewing?

Yes. If someone attempts to spiritually observe, track, or target you through occult means, these are witchcraft tactics. While demons cannot “override” God’s protection, people outside of Christ who have open doors can be spiritually influenced.

Protection comes through:

  • the blood of Jesus

  • repentance

  • renouncing all occult involvement

  • daily spiritual warfare

  • walking in obedience to God

Why Someone May Need Deliverance After a Séance

Any involvement—attending, hosting, watching, or participating—creates spiritual contamination. You may need deliverance if you experience:

  • nightmares or sleep paralysis

  • hearing voices

  • seeing shadows or spirits

  • sudden fear, depression, or confusion

  • intrusive thoughts

  • feeling watched

  • supernatural occurrences in your home

Jesus Christ is the only One who delivers, heals, and restores.

Scrying - The Dangerous Occult Practice

The Dangerous Occult Practice that Opens the Door to Demonic Influence

The Dangerous Occult Practice that Opens the Door to Demonic Influence

Scrying—also known as crystal gazing, mirror gazing, or water divination—is an ancient occult practice where a person stares into a reflective surface to receive visions, messages, or predictions about the future. Though often portrayed as harmless or mystical, scrying is a form of divination strictly forbidden in Scripture because it seeks supernatural revelation apart from God.

Scrying is not new. It originated thousands of years ago in pagan cultures and was a common practice among witches, occultists, shamans, and sorcerers. From the crystal balls of medieval magicians to the black mirrors of modern occultists, scrying has always been rooted in accessing the spirit realm illegally.

According to historians, ancient Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Druids, and even Aztec priests practiced scrying as a way to communicate with spirits and receive “knowledge” from the unseen world.

Reference:
https://www.britannica.com/topic/scrying
https://www.learnreligions.com/scrying-definition-95810
https://www.worldhistory.org/Divination/

Why Scrying Is Against the Bible

The Bible repeatedly condemns all forms of divination—including scrying—because it seeks supernatural knowledge apart from God, which opens the door to demonic deception.

  • Deuteronomy 18:10–12 – God calls divination an “abomination.”

  • Leviticus 19:31 – “Do not turn to mediums or familiar spirits.”

  • Isaiah 8:19 – God rebukes seeking the dead or other spirits for knowledge.

Scrying bypasses the Holy Spirit and instead invites familiar spirits (demons) to reveal images, voices, or visions. Though the visions may feel accurate, supernatural, or “comforting,” the source is demonic.

Where Did Scrying Come From?

The earliest records of scrying can be traced to:

⭐ Ancient Mesopotamia (Babylon)

Babylonian priests used bowls of oil or water to contact spirits. Their gods included Marduk and Ishtar.

⭐ Ancient Egypt

Egyptian magicians used polished obsidian mirrors to “speak with the gods.” These practices honored Horus, Isis, and Thoth—pagan deities tied to witchcraft and occult knowledge.

⭐ Celtic Druids

Druids practiced water scrying to contact nature spirits.

⭐ Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Occultism

Crystal balls became popular among medieval magicians under influences of Greek, Persian, and Arabic sorcery traditions.

In every culture, scrying was linked to false gods, witchcraft, or spirit communication—never to the worship of Yahweh.

What Do Scryers Believe?

Depending on the culture, scryers typically embrace beliefs such as:

  • Spirits can communicate through symbols or images

  • The universe sends messages

  • The future can be predicted

  • Dead ancestors or spirit guides offer wisdom

  • The “third eye” can be opened

  • Mirrors or crystals act as portals

These beliefs align with New Age spirituality, occultism, witchcraft, and divination, not Christianity.

The modern New Age movement teaches scrying as a way to “access intuition,” “open the psychic channel,” or “connect with higher consciousness”—all of which contradict the Word of God.

Why Do People Get Involved in Scrying?

People often turn to scrying because they want:

  • Answers about the future

  • Closure or connection with the dead

  • Supernatural power

  • Healing

  • Guidance

  • Spiritual experiences

But because scrying relies on demonic influence, any comfort or “insight” it provides is deceptive and spiritually dangerous.

Can Someone Be a Victim of Scrying or Remote Viewing?

Yes. Occult practitioners—including witches and psychics—sometimes attempt to “remote view” or psychically spy on others using scrying tools. This is a form of witchcraft surveillance.

Believers can protect themselves through:

  • The blood of Jesus

  • Binding and forbidding spirits of monitoring, divination, and witchcraft

  • Anointing the home

  • Renouncing all occult involvement

  • Breaking curses sent through divination

While demons may attempt to observe or influence, they cannot overpower the believer who stands in the authority of Jesus Christ.

Why Those Who Practice Scrying Need Deliverance

Scrying opens the door to:

  • Familiar spirits

  • False prophetic voices

  • Nightmares and visions

  • Mental torment

  • Psychic oppression

  • Addiction to supernatural experiences

  • Generational curses

  • Physical sickness

  • Spiritual blindness

Anyone who has used tarot cards, crystals, black mirrors, pendulums, or psychic meditation may need:

  • Repentance

  • Renunciation

  • Deliverance from divination spirits

  • Closing of spiritual portals

  • Breaking of soul ties with occult practices

Breaking the Spirit of Poverty

Breaking the Spirit of Poverty: How the Devourer Attacks Your Finances

Breaking the Spirit of Poverty: How the Devourer Attacks Your Finances

Have you ever noticed a strange cycle in your life? You work hard, pray, budget, and do everything right—yet somehow, something always steals your progress. A sudden repair wipes out your savings. A medical bill eats your paycheck. A financial opportunity collapses at the last minute. Or money simply seems to “evaporate.”

Most people call this “bad luck.”
But spiritually, this pattern has a name: the spirit of poverty.

The spirit of poverty is not simply about money. Its true assignment is devouring, draining, and destroying the resources God gave you to fulfill your purpose. It wants you exhausted, discouraged, and dependent—never walking in the freedom Christ designed for you. Poverty is a spiritual yoke, and many Christians unknowingly live under its influence.

The Devourer Revealed

The Bible speaks clearly about devouring spirits:
“I will rebuke the devourer for your sake.” – Malachi 3:11

A devourer is an unseen force that consumes what you earn. It creates:

  • Repeated unexpected losses

  • Cycles of delay

  • Constant emergencies

  • Broken appliances, cars, or technology

  • Financial sabotage

  • Irregular income

  • Opportunities that collapse last minute

These are not coincidences. They are patterns.

When poverty is operating, money doesn’t just disappear—it is spiritually targeted.

Where Does the Spirit of Poverty Enter?

Poverty often enters through:

  • Generational curses

  • Trauma or rejection

  • Word curses spoken by parents or teachers

  • Growing up in lack - poverty mindset

  • Fear-based mindsets - fear of failure that freezes you

  • Wrong beliefs about God’s character

  • Occult involvement in the family line

  • Unforgiveness or bitterness

  • Spirits of abandonment and unworthiness

Poverty rarely travels alone. It partners with:

  • Shame

  • Fear

  • Unworthiness

  • Self-sabotage

  • Procrastination

  • Comparison

  • Hopelessness

  • Delay

  • Laziness

  • Oppression

Once these spirits form a system, they drain strength, motivation, finances, and purpose.

Poverty’s Real Goal: Blocking Your Calling

Most people think poverty is about money. But the enemy’s true goal is spiritual.

If you’re always putting out fires, you can’t:

  • Build your ministry

  • Build their business - everything keeps going south. Get partners and they steal

  • Focus on your assignment

  • Step into your calling

  • Serve freely

  • Walk in generosity

  • Develop your gifts

  • Grow spiritually

Poverty keeps you struggling so you never become who God created you to be.

You Don’t Prosper by Working Harder—You Prosper by Breaking the Yoke

You can work 14 hours a day and still stay stuck if the devourer is active. Poverty is not broken with:

  • Hard work alone

  • More jobs

  • More budgeting

  • More effort

  • More discipline

These are good, but they are not enough.

Poverty is first a spiritual problem, so it requires a spiritual solution.

Jesus came to destroy the yokes that keep His people bound (Isaiah 10:27). When the spirit of poverty is cast out and the devourer is rebuked, the cycle breaks—and what once drained you dry becomes stable again.

You were created to walk in the fullness, purpose, and freedom of Jesus Christ.

Deliverance Prayer Breaking the Spirit of Poverty and Lack

Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, I come before You acknowledging that poverty is not Your will for my life. You are Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, and every good gift comes from You. Today I renounce every agreement, covenant, and belief that has given the spirit of poverty legal right to operate in my life.

Lord, I repent for any generational sin, word curses, fear, unbelief, or disobedience that opened the door to devouring spirits. I repent for every time I believed lies such as “I will never have enough,” “I am not worthy of blessing,” or “I will always struggle.” I reject these lies now, and I replace them with Your truth—You came that I may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

In the name of Jesus, I break every generational curse of lack, scarcity, financial instability, and failure. I sever every demonic assignment designed to drain my finances, block my opportunities, and sabotage my progress. I command every devourer, destroyer, waster, and swallower to loose me now and go to the dry places. You will no longer consume what God has given me.

I cancel every spiritual covenant with insufficiency, fear, failure, or oppression. I uproot every spirit of poverty, shame, unworthiness, self-sabotage, and laziness. I confront you in the name of Jesus Christ—your power is broken, your access is denied, and your assignment is canceled. I command you to leave me now!

Holy Spirit, expose every belief system in me that is aligned with poverty instead of Your Kingdom. Correct my thinking, renew my mind, and fill me with the truth of Your Word.

Father, release Your blessing over my hands. Restore what was stolen. Rebuild what was destroyed. Release divine ideas, favor, opportunities, and open doors. Let the windows of heaven open over my life according to Malachi 3:10–11. Rebuke the devourer for my sake, and establish stability, increase, and abundance in my finances.

I declare that I am a child of God, and I walk in Kingdom provision. I declare that I am blessed, not cursed. I declare that lack and loss will no longer rule my life. I declare that the power of poverty is broken and the blessing of the Lord makes me rich, and He adds no sorrow to it (Proverbs 10:22).

Thank You, Jesus, for Your freedom. Amen.

Allah Does Not Love the Unbeliever: What the Qur’an Actually Teaches

Allah Does Not Love the Unbeliever: What the Qur’an Actually Teaches

One of the most striking differences between Islam and Christianity is the nature of God’s love. While the Bible reveals a God who loves sinners, pursues the lost, and offers salvation freely, the Qur’an repeatedly teaches that Allah does not love unbelievers, sinners, or even many categories of people who fall short of Islamic law.

This fundamental contrast reveals two different pictures of God—one based on conditional acceptance and fear, the other on unconditional love demonstrated through Jesus Christ. To understand this clearly, we must examine what the Qur’an itself says.

Allah Does NOT Love Unbelievers (Kafirun)

The Qur’an is explicit and repetitive: Allah’s love is reserved only for a specific group, and unbelievers are not included in it.

1. Qur’an 3:32 – Allah does not love unbelievers

“Obey Allah and the Messenger; but if they turn away — then indeed, Allah does not love the unbelievers.”

This is not symbolic or vague. It is a direct theological statement: Allah’s love is conditional, and those who do not follow Muhammad are excluded.

2. Qur’an 30:45 – Love only for the obedient

“That He may reward those who believe and do righteous deeds from His bounty; indeed, He does not love the unbelievers.”

Again, Allah’s love is not extended to all humanity. It is transactional and merit-based.

3. Qur’an 4:107 – Allah doesn’t love the sinful

Even those who sin or fall short are outside of Allah’s love:

“Indeed, Allah does not like anyone who is a sinful liar.”

In Islam, you must qualify for Allah’s approval. You must meet conditions, rituals, and loyalty to Muhammad to hope for acceptance.

This is radically different from the God of the Bible, who loves sinners before they repent and before they change.

Allah Does Not Love Many Groups of People

Beyond unbelievers, the Qur’an says Allah does not love:

  • the proud (Qur’an 31:18)

  • the transgressors (Qur’an 5:87)

  • the corrupt (Qur’an 28:77)

  • the arrogant (Qur’an 16:23)

  • the extravagant (Qur’an 7:31)

  • the treacherous (Qur’an 8:58)

This long list shows that Allah’s love is limited, restricted, and based on moral performance.

Allah Commands Violence Against Unbelievers

Not only does Allah refuse to love unbelievers, but the Qur’an commands fighting, subduing, and even killing them under specific circumstances.

Qur’an 9:5 – “Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them.”

“Then kill the unbelievers wherever you find them, capture them, besiege them, and lie in wait for them in every ambush.”

This verse formed the basis for centuries of Islamic expansion—not through preaching or love, but through force.

Qur’an 9:29 – Fight Jews and Christians until they submit

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah... until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.”

Islamic evangelism historically used fear, force, and domination. The Qur’an’s message is clear: unbelievers are not loved; they are to be fought until they submit.

The Bible Gives the Opposite Message: God Loves Everyone

In Christianity, God’s love is universal. It is not earned or deserved. It is not conditional on works or rituals.

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world…”

Not just the religious.
Not just the obedient.
The whole world—including unbelievers.

Romans 5:8

“While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Jesus didn’t wait for sinners to be perfect. He came for the broken, the lost, the rebellious, and the unbelieving.

1 John 4:8

“God is love.”

Not “God loves only those who obey.”
Not “God loves only the deserving.”
God’s very nature is love.

Islam: Love Must Be Earned

Following Allah requires:

  • obedience to Muhammad

  • submission to Islamic law

  • fear of punishment

  • hoping your good works outweigh your bad

Even then, you are not guaranteed Allah’s love.

Christianity: Love Is a Free Gift

Jesus gives salvation freely, not through works, rituals, or performance.

Ephesians 2:8–9

“For by grace you are saved through faith… it is the gift of God, not of works.”

You cannot earn God’s love.
You cannot buy salvation.
You cannot perform your way into heaven.

Jesus paid the price Himself, offering eternal life as a free gift.

Choose Today: Fear or Love?

Islam offers:

  • conditional love

  • fear of rejection

  • salvation by works

  • no assurance of heaven

Jesus offers:

  • unconditional love

  • forgiveness

  • eternal life

  • peace

  • salvation as a free gift

The difference is eternal.

Do the Sinners Prayer

“Lord Jesus, I come to You today because I need You. I repent for following a false religion against the true God. I receive your forgiveness. I believe You died for me and rose again to give me eternal life. I cannot earn salvation — it is Your free gift of grace. Right now, I confess that I am a sinner. I repent, and I ask You to forgive me. Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and Savior, and make me new. Thank You for saving me, loving me, and giving me eternal life. I belong to You now. Amen.” Need deliverance? https://www.touchofgod.org

Is the Qur'an Uncreated, Perfectly Preserved, and Unchanged?

Is the Qur’an Uncreated, Perfectly Preserved, and Unchanged?

Is the Qur’an Uncreated, Perfectly Preserved, and Unchanged?

A Biblical and Historical Response

Muslims commonly claim four things about the Qur’an:

  1. It is uncreated and eternal in heaven.

  2. It was sent down to Muhammad exactly as it exists today.

  3. Uthman standardized it, and it has remained unchanged for 1,400 years.

  4. All Qur’ans worldwide are identical.

But when we examine history—not Islamic tradition—we find these claims are not supported.

1. “The Qur’an is uncreated.” – This doctrine came 200 years later

The belief that the Qur’an is eternal and uncreated was not taught by Muhammad.
It became official Islamic doctrine under the Abbasid Caliph al-Mutawakkil in the 9th century.

Before that, Muslims debated whether the Qur’an was created.

Meanwhile, the Bible reveals that:

  • Jesus is the eternal Word of God (John 1:1–3).

  • The Word became flesh, not paper (John 1:14).

  • Jesus—not a book—is the final, perfect revelation (Hebrews 1:1–2).

Jesus is eternal. The Qur’an is a 7th–9th century compilation.

2. “It was sent down to Muhammad.” – But early manuscripts disagree

The earliest Qur’anic manuscripts (Sana’a, Topkapi, Samarkand, Parisino-Petropolitanus, etc.) show:

Erasures
Overwritten text
Different word orders
Different spellings
Different verses present or absent

The Sana’a manuscripts alone show multiple layers of editing—meaning the Qur’an changed during transmission.

This contradicts the Islamic claim that the message given to Muhammad is 100% identical to today’s Qur’an.

3. “Uthman perfected and preserved it.” – Actually, he BURNED the evidence

According to Islamic sources:

  • Multiple Qur’ans existed after Muhammad’s death.

  • They disagreed with one another in wording and verses.

  • Uthman chose one version, Zayd ibn Thabit’s, and

  • ordered all others burned (Sahih Bukhari 6:510; 6:515).

You don’t burn evidence if all copies are identical.

4. “There is only one Qur’an.” – Actually, there are 36 Arabic Qur’ans today

There are 36 documented Arabic Qur’anic versions, known as:

  • Qira’at

  • Ahruf

  • Regional Qur’ans used today, including Hafs, Warsh, Qalun, Al-Duri, etc.

These are not small pronunciation differences.

There are thousands of word-level differences such as:

  • Different verbs

  • Different subjects

  • Singular vs. plural

  • Entirely different meanings

Example:

Hafs: “He created him”
Warsh: “We created him”

These cannot both be the eternal “uncreated” Word of Allah.

5. “The earliest complete Qur’an is from Muhammad’s time.” – Not true

The earliest complete Qur’ans appear in the late 8th or 9th century
200+ years after Muhammad’s death.

There is NO complete Qur’an manuscript from:

❌ Muhammad
❌ Abu Bakr
❌ Umar
❌ Uthman

Every surviving Qur’an is later.

By contrast:

✔ The New Testament has thousands of early manuscripts.
✔ Some fragments date to within 50–100 years of the originals.
✔ The message is consistent across all major manuscripts.
✔ And most importantly—Christians follow a Person, not a book.

The True Eternal Word Is Jesus, Not a Book

Islam claims the Qur’an is:

  • Eternal

  • Uncreated

  • Sent down

  • Perfect

  • The revelation of God

But Scripture says these truths apply to Jesus Christ alone:

📖 John 1:1–3 – Jesus is the eternal Word
📖 Hebrews 13:8 – Jesus never changes
📖 John 14:6 – Jesus is the only way
📖 Revelation 1:17 – He is the First and the Last

The Qur’an is a man-compiled, edited, altered document.

Jesus Christ is the eternal, unchanging, living Word.

A Call to Salvation

Jesus offers what no book can:

  • Peace

  • Forgiveness

  • Relationship

  • Eternal life

The Qur’an cannot save you.
Only the blood of Jesus can cleanse sin.

John 14:6

“I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

If you want true peace, pray:

“Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God.
I confess my sins and ask You to forgive me for following a false god of satan and being deceived.
I receive You as my Lord and Savior.
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and make me brand new.
Amen.”

Jesus is not a book.
He is the Living God—and He will not fail you.

Why Christians Are Attacked by Occult Agents

Why Christians Are Attacked by Occult Agents

An occult agent is a human being or spirit that serves as an instrument or representative of demonic powers to carry out evil spiritual assignments, influence, or control. In biblical and deliverance ministry terms, an occult agent is someone (knowingly or unknowingly) used by Satan’s kingdom to attack, deceive, monitor, manipulate, or curse others through occult means.

Who or What an Occult Agent Can Be

  • Human occult agent:
A person who has joined or been initiated into an occult group, knowingly serving the kingdom of darkness.
    Examples include:

    • Witches, warlocks, sorcerers, shamans

    • Occult healers, psychics, mediums

    • Satanists, astrologers, or “energy workers” (Reiki, crystals, etc.)

    • False prophets or pastors who operate under demonic power

    • Individuals sent to infiltrate Christian churches or families through charm, seduction, or monitoring

  • Spiritual occult agent:
Demonic spirits assigned as messengers, watchers, or enforcers to carry out curses, delay, confusion, or sickness (Ephesians 6:12).

  • What Occult Agents Do

    Occult agents often:

    • Monitor and report believers’ lives through familiar spirits (spiritual surveillance)

    • Cause confusion, division, and strife in ministries or families

    • Project sickness, depression, or financial hardship

    • Infiltrate churches pretending to be Christians

    • Transfer demonic energy through touch, gifts, food, sex, or objects

    • Release spells, enchantments, or astral projections

  • Biblical Examples

    • Simon the Sorcerer (Acts 8:9–24) – Used witchcraft to gain power and control people’s attention.

    • Elymas the Sorcerer (Acts 13:6–12) – Tried to turn people away from faith in Christ.

    • Jezebel (2 Kings 9:22; Revelation 2:20) – A witch-queen who operated in manipulation, seduction, and false prophecy.

  • How to Overcome Occult Agents

    • Live a holy and consecrated life (Ephesians 6:11–18).

    • Repent of any personal involvement in occult activities.

    • Break covenants, soul ties, and curses through deliverance prayers.

    • Anoint your home and yourself with oil as a symbol of protection.

    • Declare spiritual warfare scriptures (Psalm 91, Isaiah 54:17, Luke 10:19).

    • Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment to identify occult infiltration.

💥 Why Christians Are Attacked by Occult Agents

When someone belongs to Jesus Christ, they are a threat to Satan’s kingdom. The devil and his human or spiritual agents target believers to discourage, weaken, or silence them. Jesus said, “The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy” (John 10:10).

Common reasons Christians become targets include:

  1. Spiritual light: Darkness resists light (John 1:5). Your prayers, worship, and obedience disturb demonic operations in your home or city.

  2. Calling or destiny: Those anointed for ministry, intercession, or deliverance are often singled out for warfare.

  3. Open doors: Unforgiveness, fear, habitual sin, or occult objects can invite attacks.

  4. Generational covenants: Family bloodlines sometimes contain unbroken curses or witchcraft pacts that need to be renounced.

  5. Proximity or confrontation: Helping someone under attack, or exposing occult practices, can draw counterattacks from demonic forces.

Spiritual Protection and Deliverance Steps

  1. Recognize that the thought is not your own.
    Say aloud:

“That’s not my thought — I reject it in Jesus’ name!”

  2. Use Scripture immediately (e.g., Psalm 118:17 – “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord”).

  3. Break every curse and send it back to the sender:

“Every suicidal projection or word curse released against my mind, I return it to the sender, covered in the Blood of Jesus Christ!”

  4. Pray warfare prayers daily.
Use the Armor of God (Ephesians 6:11–18).
    Speak life over yourself.

  5. Anoint your head and home with oil and pray for the cleansing of your environment.

  6. Seek prayer support.
Never battle suicidal thoughts alone. A mature deliverance minister, pastor, or prayer group can intercede and break the attack’s power.

🛡 How a Christian Can Protect Themselves

  1. Stay in right standing with God.

    • Confess sin quickly and keep your heart pure (1 John 1:9). Forgive thoughs who have hurt you.

    • Walk in obedience and humility.

  2. Use the armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18).

    • Belt of truth – live honestly and biblically.

    • Breastplate of righteousness – reject condemnation.

    • Shield of faith – extinguish fiery darts (lies, fear, projections).

    • Helmet of salvation – guard your mind with the Word.

    • Sword of the Spirit – declare Scripture out loud.

  3. Cover yourself with the Blood of Jesus.
Pray: “Lord, I cover my mind, body, and home with the Blood of Jesus Christ.”

  4. Anoint and cleanse your environment.
Dedicate your house to God; remove any occult, pagan, or cursed items (Deut. 7:25-26).
Anoint doorways with oil and declare Psalm 91.

  5. Pray daily warfare prayers.
Example: “Every demonic monitoring spirit or occult attack sent against me, be bound and cast out in Jesus’ name. I decree divine protection over my family and purpose.”

  6. Fill your mind with Scripture and worship.
The presence of God repels darkness. Keep praise music and prayer active in your home.

  7. Stay connected to other believers.
Isolation gives the enemy room to whisper lies. Fellowship brings covering and strength.

  8. Use discernment.
Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any hidden agents or manipulations around you (1 Cor. 12:10).

Example Warfare Prayer:

“Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I renounce every connection, contact, or assignment of occult agents against my life.
I cancel every demonic surveillance, manipulation, and projection sent against me.
By the blood of Jesus, I break every curse, charm, or spell sent to harm me.
I release the fire of God to destroy every monitoring spirit and occult network.
I decree divine protection over my family, ministry, and destiny, in Jesus’ name. Amen!”

Remember: you’re not powerless.

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” — Luke 10:19

When you stand in the authority of Jesus, keep your life surrendered to Him, and apply His Word daily, no occult agent can prevail. God’s light always exposes and overcomes darkness.

Would you like me to create a one-page “Spiritual Protection Checklist” you can share with your ministry followers (including daily scriptures and prayer declarations)?

A Christian walking in holiness can be harrassed but they know the weapons to fight it off and cover themselves.

The enemy throws fiery darts of lies at all Christians. We have to discern who is talking and not accept it. If more intense, then follow the directions above. Hebrews 5:13-14.

That is how the enemy works, he lies about our past, he accuses since he is the father of accusation. He gets you to believe you are not forgiven, or reminds you of past failures, etc. We stand on God's word of truth but we must know God's word to fight back. Jesus did this in the wilderness when he was being tempted and the enemy was lying to him and accusing.
